Our spacious Spring Lake home is two homes in one connected by a large indoor pool room! With two open space living area/kitchens, it sleeps up to 24 w/6 bdrms & 8 bathrooms. Pool room has a heated pool w/volleyball & basketball & TV. Outside is a hot tub, tennis court, fire pit & much more! Private property less than 5 min from shopping & restaurants and less than ten minutes from beautiful PJ Hoffmaster State Park and other Lk Michigan beaches! Perfect all-season, multi-family home!

This spacious property is a fit for multiple families of all ages all year-round! With an indoor pool room highlighted by a UV filtered heated pool ranging in depth from 3-4.5 feet (perfect for all ages to gather and play!), pool volleyball net and basketball hoop, sauna, electronic game table (Monopoly, Scrabble, Blackjack and Candy Land, just to name a few) as well as TV/Sonos speakers and an outdoor adventure with a hot tub, tennis court/pickleball court, basketball hoop, fire pit, gazebo, pavilion, several outdoor fire tables, outdoor ping-pong table, cornhole, golf practice tee and putting area, and plenty of space for a game of football or soccer, there is something for everyone! When you`re ready to relax, there is plenty of gathering space waiting for you in either of our two open living area/kitchen spaces both with gas fireplaces. Ready to call it a night? Retreat to one of six bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. If you decide to venture out, you are just minutes away from Lake Michigan parks/beaches as well as an array of restaurants and shopping! Michigan`s Adventure is a short 20-minute drive from our home, you can drive to Downtown Spring Lake and Grand Haven in just 10 minutes and Downtown Holland is just over half an hour away.

Set on over 20 acres, our home offers a spacious, private retreat tucked away just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, Lake Michigan Beaches, family entertainment, your grocery needs and much more!

Clean, Very family Friendly (we had 10 children) Pool was excellent. Would highly recommend. It snowed so not a lot outside but there was plenty to do inside and well furnished with games, the pool, etc. The outside amenities looked great, tennis, pickleball, hot tub, walking paths and even had a chipping area for golf.

We had an amazing experience at the Spring Lake house. The amenities were top notch, beds were incredibly comfortable and having the two kitchens available was the perfect scenario for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the grounds are simply beautiful. We had a wedding ceremony on Grand Haven’s city beach which was only 14 minutes away.I highly recommend to anyone in need of accommodations that will comfortably sleep two families or more. Tara was available and easy to communicate with. We had no problems while we were there.

Great family, destination!

We took our family of 12 adults and four children for a weeklong getaway. The property looks almost too good to be true online, but it is true! The house is beautifully appointed with all kinds of amenities. They have thought of everything to make guests welcome. We enjoyed immensely the property, the water garden the golf course the swimming pool, the shuffleboard the tennis… The list goes on forever. There is so much to do on this property. You don’t even need to leave to go into town, but town is great and it’s a great destination to make some short day trips as well. Cooking for this big crowd it was great having two full-size kitchens! The appliances are all up-to-date and just about anything you would need for cooking big meals is provided on property! We hope to return soon!

This house perfectly fit our extended family of 20 (ages 1through 70). There was so much to do, we wished we were able to stay longer. The pool was a hit with the kids! Plus, we enjoyed tennis, pickleball, ping pong, bon fires and so much more. Location was great…go-kart/mini golf place 2 minutes away and a short 10 min drive to Grand Haven. Great having two different living/kitchen areas. We did breakfast in one dinners at the other. Pool area is insane. We took a 36" beach ball and it was perfect for volleyball games. Hot tub and sauna were used frequently. Everyone loved their sleeping spaces, teenagers posted up in basement room area. Party of 21, kids from 2 years up. Plenty of windows to see into pool area from both living spaces. It was cold so we didn't use many outdoor amenities. Back deck and outdoor areas were clean and as pictured. Fantastic Family Getaway

We recently returned from our stay during the Thanksgiving weekend. From the moment we walked in, we knew that this would be an excellent experience. The homes we beautifully decorated with state of the art appliances and premium amenities. Tara & Bryan had left a few lovely gift baskets with snacks. They really went above and beyond and thought of everything. There were 17 of us (ages 4-71) and we all had a fantastic time. The highlights were the pool, the game table and the many outdoor activities. We are already planning our next trip. Tara and Bryan were both very accessible for all of our questions and exceptionally helpful. Amazing property!

We had a delightful experience staying in this home! We had a group of 21 people varying in age from 5 to 64 years old. We enjoyed every amenity including the swimming pool, hot tub, pickleball, golf, bocce, fire pit, and beautiful gardens. There were many places to congregate, as well as many peaceful places to find solitude. The property itself is large enough to go for walks and is surrounded by woods. There are wild turkeys that come out every day. The houses are very comfortable and the owners have thought about every necessity. They provided welcome baskets with wine and goodies, also a basket containing everything that you need to make s'mores. There are board games, pool toys, and sports equipment. We had a glitch with the air conditioner but the owners responded and got the problem fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend this property.

Wow!! This home is beautiful, fun and spacious. The pool room is incredible and provides entertainment for everyone. We spent hours in the clean, warm pool playing volleyball, basketball and just relaxing. We played games on the electronic game table, watched movies from the whirlpool and relaxed in the sauna. Both kitchen/living areas are clean and filled with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated, have super comfortable beds and all have their own immaculate bathrooms. It was cold and rainy during our stay but we will be back someday to enjoy this spacious property, the fire pit, fire tables on the deck, tennis court and beautiful grounds. Bryan and I were both born and raised in southeast Michigan and although our backgrounds are very different, our vision of the life we want and the values we share are very similar. We have always put family first and recognize the importance of making memories. It's been said that the memories you want to have tomorrow, you need to make today and we strongly believe that. We love traveling to West Michigan with our four children, our parents, our siblings and our friends. Michigan's "fresh coast" provides the perfect setting for memory-making. We fell in love with this home and property the first time we saw it and knew we had to share it. We eagerly embraced the challenge of designing it to comfortably accommodate large family groups and sincerely love creating a space for families (including our own) to create life-long memories. The home and property are both spacious, close to several Lake Michigan beaches, restaurants, shopping, golfing and so much more. It is an all-season retreat for multi-family groups that will comfortably accommodate the young, the older, the playful and the mature!

We have created a space for families and friends to spend time together enjoying a true staycation vacation! You never need to leave our home. The spacious property offers something for everyone from the tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard court to ping-pong in the pavilion, a chipping/putting green, a yard large enough for a pickup game of soccer or football, a large fire pit, outdoor fire tables and a grill for family cookouts. Inside, the pool room complete with pool volleyball and basketball, a whirlpool, sauna, game table, NBA Jam arcade game, TV and sonos sound system will keep everyone entertained for hours. If you do decide to venture out, our home is ideally located just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, shopping, restaurants, golfing and so much more. We are less than 10 minutes from Grand Haven, about 15 minutes from Michigan's Adventure (an amusement park and waterpark) and approximately 30 minutes from Holland. When we first saw this home, we envisioned the memories we would make with our children, parents, siblings and friends and then we imagined the space we could create for other families to make those same memories. Our home is a perfect place to connect with old friends and new ones, for grandparents to spend quality time with grandkids, a place to celebrate life's milestones with those you love or a retreat for those that just need time "away from it all." When we travel with our large families, we are looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, spacious, welcoming, cozy, family-friendly and FUN. If you're looking for that too, then our home is a perfect fit for you!

Our home, located just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, is designed for families to spend time together, sharing the same space but also having room to spread out. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 24, with 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Spend the day together - cooking, swimming, playing a variety of sports in the large yard, shopping, golfing, relaxing at the beach, etc. then retreat to your own private space for a good night's sleep. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail - you can expect an immaculately clean, updated and well-maintained home, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchens and so much more. Our home is not only unique in that it comfortably accommodates large groups but it is also a true all-season home. During the spring, summer and fall months, there is no shortage of activities for your group to do on and around our home/property.
