Our spacious Spring Lake home is two homes in one connected by a large indoor pool room! With two open space living area/kitchens, it sleeps up to 24 w/6 bdrms & 8 bathrooms. Pool room has a heated pool w/volleyball & basketball & TV. Outside is a hot tub, tennis court, fire pit & much more! Private property less than 5 min from shopping & restaurants and less than ten minutes from beautiful PJ Hoffmaster State Park and other Lk Michigan beaches! Perfect all-season, multi-family home!

This spacious property is a fit for multiple families of all ages all year-round! With an indoor pool room highlighted by a UV filtered heated pool ranging in depth from 3-4.5 feet (perfect for all ages to gather and play!), pool volleyball net and basketball hoop, sauna, electronic game table (Monopoly, Scrabble, Blackjack and Candy Land, just to name a few) as well as TV/Sonos speakers and an outdoor adventure with a hot tub, tennis court/pickleball court, basketball hoop, fire pit, gazebo, pavilion, several outdoor fire tables, outdoor ping-pong table, cornhole, golf practice tee and putting area, and plenty of space for a game of football or soccer, there is something for everyone! When you`re ready to relax, there is plenty of gathering space waiting for you in either of our two open living area/kitchen spaces both with gas fireplaces. Ready to call it a night? Retreat to one of six bedrooms each with its own full bathroom. If you decide to venture out, you are just minutes away from Lake Michigan parks/beaches as well as an array of restaurants and shopping! Michigan`s Adventure is a short 20-minute drive from our home, you can drive to Downtown Spring Lake and Grand Haven in just 10 minutes and Downtown Holland is just over half an hour away.

Set on over 20 acres, our home offers a spacious, private retreat tucked away just minutes from shopping, restaurants, golf courses, Lake Michigan Beaches, family entertainment, your grocery needs and much more!

* While our mailing address is Spring Lake, we are technically located in Fruitport Township.

* Please note that some of the showers in our home are on the smaller side, so please keep that in mind as you choose rooms.

*There is an outdoor hot tub; there is not an indoor hot tub.

* A list of guests staying at our home is required prior to arrival.

* The tennis court net is taken down during the winter months.
Guests must follow all pool, sauna and hot tub safety instructions.

This house was amazing and everything we wanted as a group of 15 friends wanting to relax and never have to leave but also never get bored. It was as advertised and they thought of everything so we didn’t have to bring anything other than food. They also were very responsive and attentive to any needs that popped up during our visit.

Clean, Very family Friendly (we had 10 children) Pool was excellent. Would highly recommend. It snowed so not a lot outside but there was plenty to do inside and well furnished with games, the pool, etc. The outside amenities looked great, tennis, pickleball, hot tub, walking paths and even had a chipping area for golf.

Our family from age 1-90 years old enjoyed our stay immensely. What is there not to love about this place, everything was perfect. From the time we walked in the door until the time we left. We appreciate the hosts and their communication. Tara was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. We cooked every meal at the home and enjoyed the back deck as we ate. The property was so beautiful and we were surprised to see all the nature, wild turkeys, and deer every evening. We had planned to take our family pictures on Lake Michigan, but did the majority of them on the property. We had a lovely gift basket with some welcoming items that made us feel right at home. The five kids enjoyed the pool and all the activities that were offered outside ping-pong, tennis and golf.We are planning our next trip and of course we will be staying with Tara and Bryan again.

We used one kitchen for breakfast, the other, closest to the deck, for preparing lunch and dinner. We ate those meals outside on the deck, where we were able to seat our group of 24.

We loved our stay. Everything was top notch, kitchens had all the equipment. Sleeping accommodations were excellent & comfy. The property is beautiful & we utilized all the amenities. Great location close to beaches, go carts & ice cream. A dream week for our family, ages 2 to 70. The host was great. The indoor pool was the star of the show. We wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Amazing property from the indoor pool and game table to the pickle ball and tennis court to the large deck and beautiful landscaping. Tara was very prompt and polite in all her communications. Wonderful place for our three generation family vacation.

This place was perfect, beautiful and tranquil. There was enough to keep everyone entertained and the bedroom setups were perfect for families. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions. Amazing!!

My friends and I recently stayed at this property for my bachelor party and it was perfect! Everyone had a great time enjoying the various amenities such as the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, or simply walking around the property which is absolutely beautiful in fall! I can not recommend this place enough!! We will definitely be back in the future!

Exceptional and Comfortable

We had an amazing experience at the Spring Lake house. The amenities were top notch, beds were incredibly comfortable and having the two kitchens available was the perfect scenario for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the grounds are simply beautiful. We had a wedding ceremony on Grand Haven’s city beach which was only 14 minutes away.I highly recommend to anyone in need of accommodations that will comfortably sleep two families or more. Tara was available and easy to communicate with. We had no problems while we were there.

The place was great! It had everything you could possibly need. Everything described on the site was as described and then some. A fantastic family experience. There was something for everybody to do. The house was clean, comfortable and very spacious. Amazing!

The house was clean and the kitchen what’s furnished with all your kitchen needs. The heated swimming pool was amazing and also the sauna. Our family was busy playing games swimming, enjoying the hot tub, playing shuffleboard and basketball. Tara, the owner was kind and answered your questions promptly. We will definitely tell our friends and family about this wonderful vacation home.

Family Reunion

This house perfectly fit our extended family of 20 (ages 1through 70). There was so much to do, we wished we were able to stay longer. The pool was a hit with the kids! Plus, we enjoyed tennis, pickleball, ping pong, bon fires and so much more. Location was great…go-kart/mini golf place 2 minutes away and a short 10 min drive to Grand Haven. Owners were also very responsive and helpful. We would like to come back again!

Total relaxation and wish we were back there right now!!!!

This was the most beautiful home with everything you could ever think of! My whole family enjoyed every minute we were there together! Beds sooooo comfortable! The pool, sauna and hot tub were perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Adult/kid volleyball tournaments too. Tara was there with any questions we had at anytime! Check in was easy as can be too. We will be back 100%

Bryan and I were both born and raised in southeast Michigan and although our backgrounds are very different, our vision of the life we want and the values we share are very similar. We have always put family first and recognize the importance of making memories. It's been said that the memories you want to have tomorrow, you need to make today and we strongly believe that. We love traveling to West Michigan with our four children, our parents, our siblings and our friends. Michigan's "fresh coast" provides the perfect setting for memory-making. We fell in love with this home and property the first time we saw it and knew we had to share it. We eagerly embraced the challenge of designing it to comfortably accommodate large family groups and sincerely love creating a space for families (including our own) to create life-long memories. The home and property are both spacious, close to several Lake Michigan beaches, restaurants, shopping, golfing and so much more. It is an all-season retreat for multi-family groups that will comfortably accommodate the young, the older, the playful and the mature!

We have created a space for families and friends to spend time together enjoying a true staycation vacation! You never need to leave our home. The spacious property offers something for everyone from the tennis/pickleball/shuffleboard court to ping-pong in the pavilion, a chipping/putting green, a yard large enough for a pickup game of soccer or football, a large fire pit, outdoor fire tables and a grill for family cookouts. Inside, the pool room complete with pool volleyball and basketball, a whirlpool, sauna, game table, NBA Jam arcade game, TV and sonos sound system will keep everyone entertained for hours. If you do decide to venture out, our home is ideally located just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, shopping, restaurants, golfing and so much more. We are less than 10 minutes from Grand Haven, about 15 minutes from Michigan's Adventure (an amusement park and waterpark) and approximately 30 minutes from Holland. When we first saw this home, we envisioned the memories we would make with our children, parents, siblings and friends and then we imagined the space we could create for other families to make those same memories. Our home is a perfect place to connect with old friends and new ones, for grandparents to spend quality time with grandkids, a place to celebrate life's milestones with those you love or a retreat for those that just need time "away from it all." When we travel with our large families, we are looking for a place that is clean, comfortable, spacious, welcoming, cozy, family-friendly and FUN. If you're looking for that too, then our home is a perfect fit for you!

Our home, located just minutes from Lake Michigan beaches, is designed for families to spend time together, sharing the same space but also having room to spread out. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 24, with 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Spend the day together - cooking, swimming, playing a variety of sports in the large yard, shopping, golfing, relaxing at the beach, etc. then retreat to your own private space for a good night's sleep. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail - you can expect an immaculately clean, updated and well-maintained home, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchens and so much more. Our home is not only unique in that it comfortably accommodates large groups but it is also a true all-season home. During the spring, summer and fall months, there is no shortage of activities for your group to do on and around our home/property. During the winter months, enjoy playing pool basketball or volleyball or relaxing in the whirlpool watching your favorite movie. And do it all while enjoying the stunning views of a Michigan winter landscape afforded by the floor to ceiling glass windows surrounding the pool room!
