Welcome to Ambonnay, in the heart of an exceptional terroir among Champagne’s grands crus, where our guesthouse invites you to enjoy an experience that combines comfort, elegance, and the art of living. Designed to offer a true respite, this place is dedicated to those who wish to reconnect with themselves and enjoy a moment of peace in a refined setting. Surrounded by the remarkable landscapes of the Montagne de Reims, the guesthouse is the ideal starting point for exploring the region—rich in cultural, wine, and culinary heritage—while savouring the peaceful, lush surroundings. A stay where you can simply savour the moment. The guesthouse, a fully renovated former outbuilding, is located at the entrance to our home. You’ll likely only encounter our family—Valérie and Frédéric, who are here to serve you and ensure you have the best possible experience—as well as our two children, Lucas and Gabin. You can park in the outdoor car park or in the house’s inner courtyard. You can safely leave any caravans, roof racks, or bicycles there during your stay. Our cottage features an entryway on the ground floor, a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen that includes an oven, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, and microwave. You’ll also find a toaster, a Tassimo coffee machine with capsules, a kettle, and kitchen utensils. Upstairs, you can enjoy the living room with a sofa bed, coffee table, and TV (123 cm smart TV). A large bedroom, partially open to the living room, awaits you with its king-size bed (180/200). The sofa bed (125/190) can accommodate one additional person. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the upstairs area. Outside, you’ll find a beautiful furnished terrace with garden furniture, a lounge area, and a gas grill. You can also relax on the two lounge chairs. Perfect for a romantic getaway, the cottage combines privacy and well-being. Its relaxation area with a spa promises special moments, ideal for unwinding. With advance reservation, come enjoy our spa package, featuring a 35°C spa with massage jets, as well as dressing gowns and slippers. Spa option: €16 for 2 hours, €29 for the day, and €35 for 2 hours with a bottle of champagne. When it comes to indulgence, let yourself be tempted by a carefully curated selection of wines and champagnes, as well as beers and soft drinks, for a full immersion in local flavours. Here, every moment becomes an epicurean experience. We also offer a table d’hôtes meal featuring bruschetta, a charcuterie and cheese platter, and/or the daily special. A simple or gourmet breakfast is also available (between €9 and €13 per person). If needed, we’ll provide access to our washing machine and dryer (at no extra charge). All additional services must be booked directly with the owner. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking property. No additional guests are permitted. No noise after 11:00 PM. For your comfort, the rental price includes bed linens (beds made upon arrival), towels, and utilities. A mandatory cleaning fee applies, as indicated in the rate.
