A Gem in Recoleta

I have stayed here three times now and I just love the space! Nicholas responds nearly immediately every time, and there is so much to see. Go to the parks, the museums, walk the streets, get on the Subte (right around the corner). One day I want a place in BA, and it will be in this neighborhood! Thanks Nicholas for being the best host.

Great apartment

This one bedroom apartment is spacious, very clean and perfectly located for my needs. Nicholas is an excellent manager; when I made a suggestion about what would make the apartment more amenable, he was very responsive. I will definitly rent this apartment again in future visits.

Fantastic location, comfort, convenience, owner.

I have enjoyed staying at this condo twice and will try to book it every time I return to Buenos Aires, lovely place, great communication, fast Internet (I do many video calls), and convenient to Subte, multiple grocery stores, and many restaurants.

Wonderful location, great space, lovely memories...

I was impressed from the moment I first starting asking about this property. Nicholas, the owner, answered my questions from the first inquiry through me reserving the property. When I arrived in Argentina, Nicholas answered all my questions about getting to the location and helped me feel comfortable about the best route and transportation to use. Upon arriving I was greeted by his team who let me in and helped me become familiar with the home. Throughout the trip I felt comfortable and safe, particularly because I knew I could get assistance if needed. I wanted to book in Recoleta because I was already familiar with the amazing neighborhood. You can't go wrong in this location, tons of restaurants, a number of grocery stores within walking distance (I recommend Coto), and Sante Fe Avenue where you'll find tons of shops, restaurants, and the fabulous book store, 'El Ateneo'. Finally, there are tons of nearby parks and attractions including the Recoleta Cemetery which is a must if you've never been to Buenos Aires. Also, GREAT internet service, I used it for Teams' video calls to the U.S.
