Lots of space to recreate on the extra large, beautifully manicured backyard, with a fire pit to warm up at, or just to enjoy great conversation with your favorite people. Also features a gazebo covered viewing platform above the dock to relax on and to be part of the action even while taking a break from reeling in your catch! Nice patio off the home for outside meals or just additional space to spread out and enjoy nature, the outdoors and a view of the river. With nearly 3000 sq ft of home so you and your party have all the space you need, even when traveling with a large group. 5 bedrooms and 2/12 baths. Two living areas, breakfast bar in kitchen, separate dining room, laundry room for convenience and a modern and spacious kitchen for feeding the hungry vacationers, but close to town for a wide selection of restaurants that will do the work for you! Home has everything needed for an amazing Alaskan vacation. You'll never want to leave.

This property was absolutely perfect for our needs. It's located just a few miles outside of town, offering a peaceful setting with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The backyard overlooking the river was a highlight, providing beautiful views and a great place to unwind.We arrived a little too early for the salmon run, but we still had a wonderful time. The pre-chopped firewood was a thoughtful touch and made it easy to enjoy an evening campfire outdoors. The distance from neighboring properties gave us plenty of privacy, hopefully our singing around the fire certainly didn't disturb anyone!The home was well-equipped, with ample linens in every bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, making it comfortable for our group. Garbage disposal was also convenient, with the collection area located just a few steps into the front driveway.The host was also excellent. Communication was frequent, prompt, and very pleasant whenever we had questions or inquiries, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would gladly return.
