This house was perfectly appointed. Plenty of towels, pillows, blankets, charging outlets. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for our family of 8. All of has plenty of room to eat and watch tv together.

My husband and I traveled with my 78 year old mother-in-law, two sister-in-laws and their husbands. The villa was perfect! My mother-in-law did not have to navigate any stairs. Everyone enjoyed their own king size rooms with en-suite bathrooms! Location was great!

This is a wonderful location. So close the everything (just a short drive) but still peaceful and quiet. The house is very clean and well done! It’s very well taken care of. And having an en-suite full bath for each bedroom is wonderful. Fully recommend staying here the enjoy some mountain quiet along with Asheville excursions.

Wonderful 4 bdrm 4.5 bath home in a great location! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice respite at the end of the day. The location was great for getting around the area - 10 minutes to downtown, easy on/off the freeway for adventures, close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had a family of 5 where everyone could spread out, but this place would also work for 4 couples easily. The unit is on the end of a row of houses/ duplexes and we loved the location - we even had a black bear walk past the window on the first morning! There was ample communication from the host. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We loved our stay here! The property was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable! Very quiet and serene area, but also close to everything we wanted to see and do! Would definitely stay here again or at any Yonder vacation property!

We had a great stay and all of the necessary amenities. The fireplace was used a lot as it was cold. I wish there were a Christmas tree to make things feel more festive.
