House between lakes and mountains with swimming pool

We rent our house of 200 m2, 5 bedrooms, 7-8 beds, located in saint Alban Leysse.
Nice view of the Massif des Bauges, from the garden and the swimming pool.
Beautiful outdoor swimming pool, 8mx4m (secured by a roller shutter) and large terrace equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, parasol and gas barbecue.
In the house:
On the ground floor:
- 1 large veranda with direct access to the garden
- 1 large living/dining room with open and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer)
- 1 toilet
Upstairs:
- 1 master bedroom with double bed (160x200), shower room and toilet
- 1 bedroom with a pull-out bed 2 X (90x190)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90x190)
- 1 child's bedroom with 1 extendable single bed (80X190) + travel cot
- 1 bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
On the mezzanine floor:
- 1 large bedroom with sofa convertible into a double bed (160x200)
- 1 shower room, with laundry area (washing machine and dryer).
The house is ideally located between the Bauges massif and the Chartreuse massif, 10 minutes from Chambéry, 15 minutes from Lake Bourget and 40 minutes from Annecy.
The region is beautiful with multiple nature activities: hiking, canyoning, climbing, via ferrata, water activities on the lakes. A visit to Chambéry is also worth a visit with its old medieval centre.
All amenities are nearby (5 minutes by car or bike): bakery, cheese shop, small supermarket, pharmacy, post office. Large shopping centre 8 min.

Storage space provided in the cupboards, but cupboards not completely emptied.
Bed linen and toiletries provided only for a 15-day rental (15€ extra per person).
Cleaning carried out by the tenant or flat rate of 100 euros.
For the swimming pool, put the robot on twice a week, otherwise maintenance is automatic.
