House includes; 3 Bedrooms. 2 Full baths. 1 Half Bath. Living room. Kitchen. Dining room. Back Porch / Patio. 1.6 acres. Fenced in area for dogs. Two car garage, attached. This house is a custom built retro Barn / Tex-Mex architype. The long driveway provides a bit of privacy from the community and neighbors. It's typically quiet. Plenty of parking. There is a pool but it will be covered during the months the property is available. Absolutely No Smokers. One of the owners occasionally occupies the apartment over the garage. All Guest are required to provide the Host with a copy of their government issued photo I.D. which includes their home address and to sign a "Short Term Rental Agreement". We must go out of town for a month or two and decided to try making our home available during this time. There are security cameras outside, North, South, East and West. No cameras inside.
