Common pool, grill area, tennis court and a nice friendly atmosphere will make you and your family happy to have chosen this great property. Smathers Beach is across the street, Higgs Beach is a short walk, Duval Street a short bike ride or walk. Literally anything on the island is within your reach! 28 day minimum stay - set up for 4 adults only. Bring your bikes or rent them here and be anywhere in Key West within minutes! Maybe you want to rent a golf cart and do the same! Staying a shorter time frame? Let's chat about it! ****NOTE - Our Elevator is in the process of being upgraded and will NOT be in service during January 2026 - There's a 10% discount applied because of this situation - we are on the forth floor - the Condo can still be accessed via the two stairwells located at the ends of the building.

We loved our stay! Communication was easy, the owners were thoughtful and very kind - It felt more like staying with friends who were away and opened their house to us. . Besides being spotless, condo has a lovely view. The pool, tennis court and hot top were great. The location was ideal across from the best beach and an easy walk to Higgs Beach. We can't wait tongo back!

The Pool, Smathers Beach across the street (and all it has to offer), the tennis court, the nice grilling area, the clubhouse ... it's all there for you when you're not enjoying the fabulous view upstairs!
