This is a spacious completely updated ground floor 2/2. Unit B is part of a 2 unit duplex with a private porch and grilling area. Guests have access to a brand new, large heated pool and Jacuzzi shared with only 3 other units. This adorable home is super close to the beach (2 blocks) the trolley and wonderful things AMI has to offer!! Everything is brand new including the appliances and furniture. The home is Super walkable to several restaurants and shops. There are two trolley stops at the front of the property which will take you anywhere you need to go on the island!
