Set in the peaceful hamlet of Les Roucans, near Murviel-lès-Béziers, Villa Joy is a brand-new contemporary villa completed in May 2026. Designed to blend into its natural surroundings, it feels like a private nature retreat with the comfort of a high-end South of France home.
The bright open-plan living space is made for slow holiday moments: cooking together, long lunches outside, children by the pool and evenings flowing from the kitchen to the terrace. The master suite is a highlight, with two corner walls opening through large pocket sliding doors, creating the feeling of sleeping almost in the landscape. It offers a super king-size bed, dressing room and private shower room.
The night area also includes two elegant bedrooms with super king-size beds, plus a fourth bedroom with large adult-sized bunk beds fitted with 160 cm mattresses. A bathroom with shower and bathtub completes the layout. Villa Joy welcomes up to 10 guests.
Outside, enjoy the pool, plancha grill and pétanque court. Inside, the sauna and table football add comfort and fun to your stay. Walk to the Orb River for wild swimming, explore the valley by canoe or kayak, discover Roquebrun, reach Béziers in around 15 minutes or the Mediterranean beaches in about 25 minutes.
Pool note: approx. 5 x 9.60 m, 1.50 m deep, available year-round and not heated. It warms naturally with the southern sunshine.
Accessibility note: Villa Joy is not officially classified as suitable for guests with reduced mobility. The entrance, living spaces, terrace, pool area and master suite are step-free, while a few steps lead down to the three other bedrooms and bathroom.
Security deposit of €2,000 by credit card pre-authorization only, taken upon arrival. Please ensure a sufficient card limit.
