Looking to get away for a little fun and relaxation all while enjoying exceptional views of the lake? You've come to the right place! One flight of stairs leads you to this 1 bed 1 bath unit that also has a queen sleeper sofa for your friends or family to join. Bathroom contains a shower/tub combo for your preference. Order takeout or cook meals in the fully equipped kitchen complete with a microwave, stovetop, oven, and full size refrigerator. Watch TV or better yet hangout on the covered balcony and soak in the main channel views from this upper level! There is a grill in case you get hungry and an outdoor fan to provide a nice breeze. Connect to the wifi if you need to get a little work done. Lounge in a chair by the lakeside pool or sit under an umbrella at one of the many tables on the spacious pool deck. Coin-operated washers and dryers are located in the nearby clubhouse for your laundry needs. Rent a boat from Aqua Toys next door or bring your own and put in at a nearby ramp. Enjoy this prime location by water or land - complex is located at the 21mm on the lake in the heart of Osage Beach. Come see why Heron Bay is the place to stay!!

You will be provided a unique 4 digit code to enter in the keyless door lock before check-in.

2 night minimum / 3 night minimum on holiday weekends

Minimum renter age is 25.

Pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend (closes at midnight)

Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm - 8:00 am

There is absolutely NO SMOKING anywhere in the unit or on the deck!

Also.. NO PETS ALLOWED!

Violation of smoking or pet policy subject to $200 fine.

Check-in time - after 3:00 pm

Check-out time - by 10:00 am

Property will be assessed after check-out. Any damages or missing items will be charged to the guest at full replacement value. Not responsible for left behind items.

Perfect space and location and accommodations. My husband and I enjoyed staying here for our wedding anniversary golf trip. The space was just the right size, the deck and lake view were awesome, location was close to everything we wanted to do. Also the condo had all we needed including kitchen supplies and towels and toiletries. We look forward to going back. Also the anniversary flowers were a welcome touch.

Everything I needed was there, including cleanliness!! The most amazing part of my stay was the wildlife! I had a hummingbird come within inches of me, the jumping fish, a couple of heron but especially the families of turtles in the waters below. Truly spectacular sights. Come and see!!

Little and perfect

Perfect little spot to relax in between our adventures. Aqua Toy Rental is right next door, swimming at the pool, swimming or fishing off the dock. Highly recommend bringing a life jackets and fishing poles. You can get by with bringing clothes, food, and beach towels. Nearly everything else is readily available in the condo.

This condo was perfectly located in Osage Beach. Restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals, state parks, a distillery, and many other various attractions were minutes away! The view from the condo was great - you could see the sun rise and set and could see the main channel from the balcony. The condo was quiet and relaxing!

Perfect lake location

One word: Perfect! Awesome location …right on the lake but just 10 minutes or so from fun restaurants. View from deck is second to none + very short walk to pool. Condo is absolutely spotless + super comfy bed with very nice linens. Hosts Shane & Lindsey were just a txt away …Highly recommend!
