Sheets and towels are not included in the housing. They can be provided for an additional €15 per pair.

Cleaning is at the expense of the tenant upon departure so that the accommodation is ready for the following people. If the accommodation is not returned in the condition you found it when you arrived, an amount of €50 will be charged via airbnb, the price of our service provider.
A cleaning package is available at a price of €50.

We would like to emphasise the adjoining nature of the accommodation with another rental, which can sometimes generate some noise like all adjoining accommodation. This is why we rely heavily on the discretion of each traveller in our peaceful area.
The gardens and parking spaces are well separated and intimate.

During the spring, during certain periods and given the rural environment, we would like to point out that there may be flies outside.

Skis and other bulky items must be stored on the ground floor of the apartment.
