Venture out by land or by sea, with beaches just a quick drive away and direct canal access by boat from the private dock. One of the best vantage points for watching passing watercraft is the private pool in the beautiful professionally landscaped backyard. Underneath the adjacent tropical gazebo, you'll find the Blackstone griddle and outdoor dining table ideal for hosting an intimate cookout or sipping a frozen cocktail while listening to the pool spa's cascading fountain. If you need a little shade without sacrificing the sunshine, hang out in the lounge area on the screened porch for the best of both worlds.
The home's interior features abundant natural light in an airy space tastefully decorated in a coastal theme appropriate for being so close to the local beaches.

Dock details:
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 40 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
