This bright property encompasses the second and third floors of a duplex townhouse just across from the water. You'll wake up each morning to the sounds of rolling waves and the sights of Mission Beach below. Even when you’re not out exploring, this property makes it easy to enjoy the fresh air. There's a sprawling balcony with patio furniture, a gas grill, and spectacular views, as well as a tandem garage that’s stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys.

The living room is on the third floor, offering a sectional sofa, a large flatscreen TV, a modern coffee table, and sliding glass doors that open to the patio. Just behind the living room is a six-person dining room table. The adjacent kitchen includes a gas stove, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops; the extended breakfast bar provides additional seating when more is required.

When it’s time to rest for a day of fun ahead, the primary bedroom can be found on the third floor, offering a luxurious California king bed. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor, with a queen bed and twin bunks, respectively. This home also features air conditioning - a rare luxury here on the coast!

This oceanfront home is located in North Mission Beach, directly off of the boardwalk. Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic beach town, with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. You'll be just a few minutes from SeaWorld and an easy drive from the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport, and downtown San Diego as well.

Great location, great property
This property location is ideal! Easy walking to Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Everything was nicely upgraded from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the living room. We would stay here again.

The view is amazing. The condo was clean. The beds could be updated. The tandem garage barely fits a mid size SUV. A full size would not fit. It would have been nice to have additional sand chairs and sand toys. There were limited items for such a large unit that holds so many guests.

Great View
We were impressed with the total deck layout. Many hours were spent watching the dolphins, surfers and beach walkers while we enjoyed those views. The Weber Grill exceeded our expectations and was much better than other beach rentals that we have experienced during previous trips to San Diego. The interior of the condo needs a very deep cleaning. The couch especially could use a lot of effort to improve it's appearance and my wife really struggled with the king sized bed. It caused her back pain issues and it was actually quite noisy when getting in or out of the bed. The garage parking worked out great after a couple of tries parking the car. Initially it seemed difficult but it was all about getting the car into position prior to starting to enter. We loved the garage which was quite roomy leaving us plenty of space to park our rental bicycles.
