The location was absolutely perfect with beach access and views, and it was walking distance to shops, Belmont, bars, restaurants, etc. The sunsets were amazing. The house is older and in need of repairs (cracks in the glass, almost every light fixture was broken in some way, the dressers were old and scuffed, etc.). For the price, we would have liked to have had a cleaner situation as well. But we can't say enough good things about the location. Check in and out were easy and comms with the property mgmt were very good.

This place has a wonderful location and living space. You are right on Mission Beach and the condo has a lot of space and high end appliances. The problem are the furniture has many spots, the roof leaks and the bed makes a lot of noise. It is sad that an awesome condo rental has been let go and lbecome rundown.

Location of the house was amazing! So nice to be able to just hop the wall and be on the sand. And the sunset view could not have been better! The house had everything we needed, including lots of clothing storage space in the bedrooms. Kitchen had what we needed as well but could use some upgrades, such as the cookie sheets and smaller spoons (they were all large sized). Overall, this house was amazing and we'd stay here again for sure.

Phenomenal location!

We had a fabulous stay at this rental. It is close to the beach and Tower 20. We felt safe being close to the lifeguard…with our kids swimming in the ocean. It was great to sit on the patio and watch the sunset and the ocean. Everything was clean and well maintained!
