Lovely, updated house in excellent location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved especially the pool and the outdoor covered patio! Also, can't say enough positive things about the owners. They are lovely and thoroughly attentive to any and all requests.

Amazing modern house with lots of amenities. Location Can't be beat.

Beautiful light filled, pristine beach house full of modern amenities (Tempur-Pedic bed, Sonos, smart tvs in each bedroom, open kitchen w/everything we needed, hot tub, gym and more) and location could not be beat. Owners were extremely communicative and attentive and thought of everything. We absolutely loved riding the electric bikes to the beach and all around town. We cannot wait to return again soon!

Truly exceptional property

This house is superbly maintained, in a fantastic location, and the owners bend over backwards to make it a memorable visit. The interior is both fresh and well stocked, and feels very modern. The yard is excellent. I would wholeheartedly encourage both friends and families to stay there. It was really great. Thanks again!

Fantastic stay

My family and I stayed at this house over the summer and had an amazing time. The house is great, everything seemed brand new and my kids loved the finished basement. The location is incredible, right by town and minutes from Egypt beach. The owners are incredibly responsive (the most responsive I have ever seen) and go out of their way to make sure your stay is perfect. They have thought of everything, from electric bikes to get to the beach so you can avoid parking tickets to the videos showing you how to use the espresso machine, they make you feel like you are at a five star resort.

Gorgeous house, lovely owners, incredible stay!

We stayed here with our two young kids and cannot say enough good things about this house. It was even more gorgeous than the photos and exceedingly well-appointed -- down to the espresso machine and delightful electronic salt and pepper shakers. We loved making s'mores with our kids over the fire pit in the yard and riding the ebikes to and from Egypt beach, which is a little more than a mile from the house. The house is also easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in East Hampton and Amagansett. Also, the owners are so responsive and attentive (we arrived to a bottle of rosé). We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfection All Around

The property was exactly as advertised if not better. The house is beautiful and comfortable with plenty of extra touches like board games, e-bikes and chalk for the kids. The homeowner was in contact immediately when messaged and everything mentioned was exactly as we'd hoped, despite our concerns that with a location this good it may be too good to be true! We had a fantastic week with our family and would absolutely rent again.
