Stroll into Sag Harbor Village and/or the Private Village Park, at the option of the renter, you may use and enjoy a game of tennis on your own private Har-Tru Tennis Court. As the owner is a former pro tennis player, he keeps the court in pristine condition and the court has a generous extended side and backcourt running room for the most advanced play. The gently sloped estate has a winding driveway that leads to a four bedrooms on the primary floor, plus upstairs separate study and guest room, three and one half-bath, post-modern and approx. 5000+/- sq.ft. home and 4 car parking area, with additional visitors parking area .
The Space:

Bricked patio-terrace, newly lined heated pool, and newly laid Har-Tru tennis court, all accessed through living room or master suite with four French doors. Antique style wood dining room table from Europe which seats twelve, wood paneled grandfather clock and breakfront. Large country kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances including a working range island. 7.4-foot farmer's kitchen table seating up to ten.
There are two separate bedroom areas: the private master bedroom wing and a separate guest bedroom wing, both on the same level. The two wings are separated by the Great Room - living room and formal dining room. The master bedroom suite features marble bath with separate shower stall and Jacuzzi tub, Biedermeier style massive king four-poster bed, kiln-dried pine love seat and entertainment center hutch. The 3 additional bedrooms are located in the separate guest wing all on the first floor set up as follows: King; two stacked Full; 2 Twins. On an upper second floor level, there is an additional open area that serves as a home office-guest room.
Location & Activities:
While the premises are serene and quiet, set back from the road, it is useful to know that it is situated ideally for easy access to all 4 of the main Hampton Villages (Sag Harbor, Southampton, Bridgehampton, East Hampton). The location is the absolute best — one can drive easily on backroads everywhere in the East End/Hamptons (so there no need to be on summer season's congested "Route 27" . It is minutes drive to the Great Peconic Bay beaches and also the Atlantic Ocean beaches, 10 minutes walk to Sag Harbor Village, safely on one of the few sidewalks for homes outside of the Village , Alternatively, one can drive to Village in less that two minutes.
For anyone with children, the ability to walk safely on a short three minute sidewalk stroll to Mashashimuet Park. The famous private park features a wonderful children’s playground, pickleball and tennis & also has a beautifully maintained old fashioned wooden covered grand stand manicured grass field baseball park (where Carl Yastremski, a famous historical professional ball player played). There are semi-pro baseball games played throughout the Season which are good fun for adults and children to attend in the late afternoons, certain days of the week, when there are games played. The polo matches during the season are minutes drive from the property. There are evening community band evenings once a week by the water in the Village.

This home gets high marks for its amenities, exclusive private property, exceptional central location, close to parks, shopping, easy walking distance to Sag village, harbor and bay beaches and readily accessible to all the major Hampton East End town villages.
Other Things to Note:
Owner and renter are to chat by telephone in advance of the estate rental to answer question and discuss rental.
Security required depends on the length of stay. Separate tenant’s insurance policy is required and provided by All State Insurance Company.
There is a cleaning service that comes in weekly and deep clean at end of stay.
Local law prohibits the residence to be used as a "party house" and occupancy is accordingly limited in conformance with local law.
As to a pets, if approved by owner in advance, are welcomed . Pet fee is $300 per week plus Pet Security
There is a supplemental agreement provided by owner directly to renter, regarding all of the above, to be executed before tenancy.
