On the ground floor, you will immediately find on the left a first bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (160 cm).
This level also includes a cozy living area with an armchair and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

Stepping outside the house, you will access a pleasant little garden area. On the other side of the garden, there is a second independent bedroom equipped with a double sofa bed (140 cm) and its own private shower room — perfect for additional privacy.

From the main entrance, a staircase leads to the first floor where you will discover a spacious and bright living room opening onto a terrace with a lovely view over the canal of Palavas-les-Flots 🌊

Finally, on the top floor, a third and final mezzanine bedroom completes the property.
