Great location to anything in Franklin, or surrounding towns. Easy access to I-65. Great communication from the host. Property was just as described and there was lots of detailed information about it available. Quiet, safe neighborhood. The tiny house even had a bit of a quaint setting. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again when in the area again.

This fit our needs exactly!! We were traveling for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The price was very reasonable and the location couldn’t have been better. We were super close to everywhere we needed to be! I am sure we will be staying again next time we are in town.

Nashville Visit

Jason did a great job leading up to the trip in keeping me informed and giving me the information I needed for a smooth check-in.Once there, we thought it was a great place for what we needed. Being my first time in a "tiny home", I didnt know what to expect. But I thought it was perfect for a couple of folks to stay in and get out to see the area.

Family stop over

We did a 2 night stop over in Nashville on our way to Smokey Mountains from STL. Great location easy drive to lots of attractions. Loved the parks we visited and all the food choices that were close. Great for a family of 4

Lovely stay near Franklin

We had a wonderful stay in the tiny home! It was located very close to I-65, which made it super easy to get around. We felt incredibly safe tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was easy and the check in process was simple. Would definitely recommend!

Charming and Comfortable Tiny House

We had a wonderful stay! The tiny house is charming and had enough room for our group of 3 ladies. We loved the design and well planned out layout for such a small space that didn’t seem so small. The beds were very comfortable. The owners communicated everything perfectly. We would definitely book again.

Perfect!

We needed a quiet cozy place to stay when coming in town for a Dr appt. My teen daughter has difficulty sleeping in a hotel so this was perfect. She had her own sleeping space that was so cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and safwere just mi utes

Weekend stay

Very nice little place. I do not recommend if you are taller than 5’10”. Short ceilings especially in bed area. Very private area with nice privacy fence and deck area. Great neighborhood.

It’s tiny and of course cute

Stay was wonderful and everything was as promised. Had to use the fan to cool the loft and glad there was a fan. Ceilings are low so if you above about 6ft1in I’d punt. I was right on the cusp of hitting my head in bathroom, kitchen and family room at 6’1”. Nice and close to everything in Franklin.

Try Tiny

I am so glad that I decided to try something new by staying in a Tiny House. It was fun, cozy, just enough room for one or two if you like being close. Tiny is not for tall people (ceilings are low). Owners are very attentive and close to shopping. I loved my stay in the Tiny House in Franklin! Thank you so much! 💜
