The property is located in the Dresden highlands in a rural location. You live in a modern, bright and large apartment with a sunny balcony on the east side of the upper floor of a two-family house. The historic house has been completely renovated and offers all modern comforts. The house has a large, heavenly garden with a pond landscape and lush flora. You can use a seating area in an idyllic covered vine arbor with a garden fireplace for barbecues. For children there is a sandpit, outdoor toys, garden shower and plenty of space to play. On request, the landlords invite you to a cozy evening around the campfire.
The three room apartment is fully equipped with an exclusive fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave and fridge / freezer. In the living area you can relax on the cozy upholstered furniture and enjoy a cozy open fire. The apartment has air conditioning, sun and insect protection, satellite TV and fast internet access LAN / WLAN. One bedroom is equipped with a high quality box spring bed (180 * 200 cm lying area), the second bedroom has a comfortable sofa bed (160 * 200 cm lying area).

The property is perfectly connected to public transport. In five minutes you reach the stop of a city bus line (every 10 minutes) and in less than 30 minutes you are in the city center of Dresden.
You can hike directly from your accommodation through the Dresdner Heide or over the highland mountains, the Hutberg, Napoleonstein, Triebenberg down to the picturesque Elbe valley to Pillnitz Castle. Within a 5-minute drive you can reach the shopping center, restaurants, sports field, fitness, tennis, golf course, outdoor pool, swimming pool, and the local recreation area Dresdner Heide. The Saxon Switzerland National Park can be reached by car in less than 30 minutes. The amusement parks Bellantis, Plohn and Saurierwelt Kleinwelka can be reached by car in one hour. Day trips to the Ore Mountains, the Zittau Mountains, the Spreewald or the golden city of Prague are also recommended.
