A two-family house on the southern outskirts of Dresden offers a modern, friendly and high-quality furnished EC apartment.

The apartment has a separate entrance and was renovated in 2017. You live on spacious 100m², where up to 6 people can be accommodated.

The two non-smoking bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (180 x200cm), a sofa bed and TV. You will also find enough space for your clothes in the respective bedrooms. Bed linen is included in the price.

The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. Crockery and kitchen utensils are plentiful.
Evening entertainment is provided by a satellite LCD TV, radio, books and
a game collection.

On your own terrace you can have breakfast on nice days and barbecue in the evening.

The spacious bathroom is equipped with a large floor shower, toilet and hairdryer. Bath towels are sufficiently available.

A lockable bike house is located on the property.

Vacation on the outskirts of Dresden. And yet you are in the center in a few minutes by tram (100m walk). You can take the tram line 11 from door to door in just under 30 minutes. A stopover in the historic old town or the trendy district of Dresden-Neustadt is also no problem. The tram line runs almost all night.


On hot summer days you can cool off in the Mockritz natural pool. Can be reached in 5 minutes by bus on line 63.

Shops:
Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann are within 2 minutes walking distance.
Getting there:

Arrival is possible from 4 p.m. This ensures that the apartment can be prepared for you between the departure (10:00 a.m.) of the previous guests and your arrival.

Der Aufenthalt war rundherum sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und großzügig geschnitten. Die Lage ist top, da man in 2 Minuten an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle und in 10 Minuten im Zentrum von Dresden ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Eine sehr saubere und gut gelegene Wohnung, neu renoviert und nett gestaltet. Die Anbindung per S-Bahn einfach perfekt. Der Gastgeber ist freundlich und stets erreichbar, kümmert sich umgehend. Einziger Nachteil: Wir waren zu zweit und wollten benötigten 2 Schlafzimmer, wofür wir dann in top noch 15 pro Nacht zu zahlen hatten. Das hat leider einen Stern gekostet. Ansonsten alles top!!

Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen in Dresden

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt über Silvester mit der ganzen Familie in Dresden. Die Wohnung war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. Vorteile:- Straßenbahn nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt, 10-Minutentakt- Supermärkte und Drogeriemarkt gleich ums Eck- Schnelle Ladesäule in der Nähe- Gut erreichbar, aber trotzdem ruhigVuelen Dank

Es fing schon mit einer einfachen Absprache/ Check in an. Alle Info ideal da. Unabhängiger Eingang. Tolle Aufteilung der Wohnung mit viel Platz. Wie beschrieben und Fotos. Wohn- / Schlafbereich nach hinten. Sehr ruhig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Schnell in der Stadt.

Moderne Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Sehr schön. Dresden wie immer, sehr schön. Wohnung sehr schön und gut gelegen. Alles schnell erreichbar. Parkplätze direkt Gegenüber immer einen Freien gefunden. Einzige Kleinigkeit, in der Beschreibung steht Mikrowelle vorhanden, welche es aber nicht gab. Wurde aber von uns auch nicht gebraucht. Vielleicht für die Sommermonate einen Kühlschrank mit kleinem Eisfach wäre nicht schlecht, aber kein muss. Ansonsten top zufrieden und vollständige Ausstattung vorhanden.

Kurzurlaub in Dresden

Die FeWo war super und Herr Tischer sehr freundlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war ruhig mit kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt an der Straße und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Haltestelle für Straßenbahn und Bus ist auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt. Wir können die FeWo absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Saubere und geräumige FeWo

Die geräumige FeWo ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist dank toller Straßenbahnanbindung und in unmittelbarer Nähe befindlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eines Freibades prima, lediglich die Straße ist vereinzelt etwas laut. Einen Parkplatzt findet man eigentlich immer direkt vor dem Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, weshalb wir zusammenfassend betrachtet gerne wiederkommen würden.
