In Oberndorf, with a magnificent view and about 10 minutes from Kitzbühel, lies this romantic and beautiful chalet. It is decorated in alpine style and exudes an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The living area is 120 square meters including 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unique location offers the possibility of skiing in and skiing out. You do not need a car.

One of the world's best ski resorts, the Kitzbühel Alps with over 60 lifts is right outside the door.
It is possible to go somewhere else every day, and you can still be there in no time with the ski bus or the car.

We are happy to take care of a paid concierge service, breakfast, restaurant recommendations and reservations, ski passes, rental skis, etc

Check-in is possible from 15.00, check-out no later than 11. 00.
In our beautiful chalet you will find a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms are furnished with double beds 180x200, the other two bedrooms each with 2 bunk beds.
There are 2 bathrooms, a beautiful fully equipped new kitchen, a ski cellar, a nice living-dining area with tiled stove and a terrace. The house is perfect for a carefree ski holiday for up to 8 people. It was largely renovated this year.
Towels and bed linen are included in the room rate.

Perfect stay for our Ski holiday to Kitzbuhel

Fantastic ski holiday with friends. Property is just what we were looking for, easy access for in and around Kitzbuhel area. We had a van on the trip so driving to and from the property was easy. Lots of room for people to lounge around. Great for families travelling together with kids. Host was great and quick to communicate when I had a question (as I overlooked some emails earlier in the week). Would stay again.

Great Place, somewhat remote location

The house is quite nice. It is very comfortable and the photographs on the site do not do it justice. The area in which it is situated is very beautiful but remote if you are there to ski at KitzSki or SkiWelt. The OBB train line runs through town but only stops once per hour. A car is highly recommended.

Amazing place to stay for a ski getaway!

The VRBO chalet was perfect for our ski trip to Kitzbühel! The location was an easy 8 minute walk or so from the train station, which took us back and forth from Oberndorf in Tirol to Kitzbühel to ski, it was very convenient. There also was a grocery store very close by which made it easy to walk and buy groceries and make food in the lovely chalet kitchen. Isabel answered questions very quickly and was very helpful if we had any questions. Overall, the chalet was an awesome place to stay for skiing in the Kitzbühel area. We woke up to beautiful Mountain View’s every morning and it was incredible!

Am und im Haus war alles sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Ich würde allerdings nicht wieder über FeWo buchen. Da ging einiger schief bei der Kommunikation.

Fantastisches Familienobjekt mit super Aussicht

Das Ferienhaus liegt malerisch in Oberndorf , nur 8 Minuten von Kitzbühel entfernt . Aus dem Objekt und dem Garten schaut man auf den wilden Kaiser, Lage und Aussicht sind fantastisch. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und waren stets erreichbar für Fragen etc. Das Objekt ist perfekt für Familien , bietet sehr viel Platz , ein großes Wohnzimmer , eine sehr gut eingerichtete Küche und auch sonst jede Menge Raum . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Goede plek, ruim en mooi huis, maar inchecken en communicatie zijn matig.

Perfect huis voor twee gezinnen, lekker ruim ook met een fijne zithoek. Dichtbij de pistes en skiliften, alles is op loopafstand. Inchecken ging slecht, we zouden vanaf 3 uur in kunnen checken maar blijkbaar was men vergeten dat wij die dag zouden aankomen. Uiteindelijk konden we pas rond half zes het huis in. Communicatie was beperkt en niet helemaal duidelijk.

Hallo, we zijn je niet vergeten. Ons huis was volgeboekt in februari. Helaas hebben we 4 uur nodig om schoon te maken en de bedden op te maken. Ik doe dit alleen als hobby. Het spijt me dat we die dag te laat waren. Ik had u aangeboden het hele huis te gebruiken op de dag van vertrek als compensatie. Jammer dat het huis u daardoor niet beviel. Ik vind het belangrijk dat de gasten een schoon en perfect huis aantreffen. Ik ben altijd beschikbaar voor communicatie. We hebben elkaar ook aan de telefoon gesproken. Het is jammer dat je me niet hebt gebeld om je ergernis te verduidelijken. Isabel

sehr schönes, urgemütliches Ferienhaus

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Punkten übertroffen, das Haus ist perfekt für zwei Familien, jeder kann seinen Bereich einnehmen, sich auch mal zurückziehen und ansonsten im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer "chillen" oder am großen Tisch mit Eckbank zusammensitzen und eins der vielen vorhandenen Spiele ausprobieren. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Durch die Wandheizungen ist das Haus gut grundtemperiert und durch anheizen des Ofens auch schnell sehr gemütlich. Insgesamt ist es sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Herrliche Lage - tolle Raumaufteilung - sehr nette Vermieterin

Das Chalet liegt in einer ruhigen Hanglage und bietet beim Frühstück auf der Außenterrasse einen tollen Blick auf die Kitzbühler Bergwelt. Sauberkeit und Geräumigkeit zeichnen den Wohnbereich dieses freistehenden Chalets aus. Es ist alles vorhanden, was zum Kochen, Freizeit verbringen und Wohnfühlen benötigt wird. Einschließlich schnellem Internet! Ein großer Carport und eine Unser herzlicher Dank gilt auch unserer Vermieterin! Isabel hat sich rund um unseren Aufenthalt herzlich gekümmert und uns mit Freizeittipps inspiriert Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Oberndorf chalet

Location great for skiing locally and in Kitzbuhel (via train). Good supermarket a few minutes drive away. The chalet was great to come back to for a relaxing evening and a good size for our family of 6.
