About this property

Visiting the Florida Keys? Want the beach and a pool? This is the place for you and your family to have a relaxing vacation! Welcome to this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo fully renovated in 2022. There is a king size bed in the main bedroom and a twin size and full size in second bedroom. In the living room area there is a queen-sleeper sofa. Full kitchen equipped with all you could need. Right in the middle of the Florida Keys so you can easily explore all that the Keys has to offer from Islamorada to Key West.

The Keys are home to natural beaches with sea grass that is more prevalent in the late spring through the summer due to wind direction. Seagrass often collects on the shoreline. Sometimes to access the water, guests will have to walk on the seagrass. Also, on still days at low tide, there can be a natural odor from the sea grass. A tractor comes daily to move the seagrass.

We have a tennis and pickle ball courts.

We have WIFI and a 55 inch SMART-TV in the living room and TV’s in each bedroom.

Any credit card fees/exchange transfer fees imposed on owner will be deducted from the security deposit.

Amazing views

We have stayed at many condos in the keys. The views from the balcony are unbeatable!! Very beautiful condo with everything you need! We will definitely be staying here again. Clean, comfortable, quiet and the pool was superb!! Great location to see all the Keys have to offer!!

Beautiful condo

Julie was a dream to communicate with. Condo was exceptional .Home from home , spotlessly clean ,great views to wake up to. Nice safe area to walk in with lots of restaurants & bars in the area. Recommend

We had an amazing time at this perfectly located property. Amazing view of ocean from balcony + pool

Owner was very responsive and addressed everything for us with fast and easy communication. This location is easy access for anything you want to do in the Keys.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful week at Julie and Brian’s condo! It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults 3 kids). Everyone loved it. The kitchen is the best stocked I’ve seen in any short term rental (Keurig and regular coffee pot, toaster, crockpot, Tupperware, etc ). They have all the things you could possibly need in a kitchen. Also, the closet full of beach items was an unexpected delight (towels, chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach bags, cooler etc). And that view! SPECTACULAR. To top it off, after we were 700 miles toward home, my youngest informs me that she left her glasses at the condo. I sent Julie a quick message and she got right back to me and let me know that the glasses were found and she would mail them to me. Top notch in every way!

My family and I have been going to the Florida Keys since 2010 and fell in love. My husband loves the year round fishing and me the warm weather and ocean.

Why they chose this property

We had stayed at the property previously and enjoyed having beach access and a pool right on the beach which is something you don’t have a lot of in the Keys. The area is quiet with a lot of restaurants and other activities within a short drive.
