Newly remodeled space with brand new kitchenette! Look at all you could do with the combo air fryer fryer / toaster oven, standalone 2-burner cooktop, microwave, Keurig, lots of pots and pans and all the cooking supplies you need. Dining table seats four. Comfortable recliner couches. Two queen beds with luxury linens to provide your most peaceful sleep. Bathroom is very spacious and includes hair dryer, nice towels.

Wonder the property, find the multiple resting benches and breathe in the clean fresh air!

All within 10 minutes of the many excellent restaurants and shops in downtown Sandpoint or the quiet and picturesque Garfield Bay! Also, only 30 minutes to the year-round fun of Schweitzer Ski Resort as well as Silverwood Theme Park.

We are located off US Route 95 in Sagle, ID. Nestled in the trees you will not realize how close you are to Sandpoint, however you may hear the distant call of the trains as they pass by in the distance. Schweitzer ski resort is 21 miles north and Silverwood Theme Park is 26 miles south. Free parking on sight for vehicles and your summer and winter toys.

Your hosts, Randall & Carol, live on the property as well, so if there’s ever anything you need, we can bring it right to you!

We are located just a couple miles east of US 95 on a beautiful 7.5 acre property. Neighbors are a little ways away allowing for a quiet and peaceful environment.

Idaho offers a ton of wildlife and incredible scenery regardless of time of year. And, as locals ourselves, we can point you to some amazing areas to explore and restaurants to feast at!!!

HOUSE RULES
🔹 Booking & Guests
• The person who books the stay must be present for the entire duration of the booking.
• You are welcome to have guests visit during the day. If the number of overnight guests exceeds your original reservation, a $20 per person, per night fee will apply. Please notify us in advance so we can provide extra towels and linens.
🔹 Quiet & Respect
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• No parties or loud music are permitted.
• Please be mindful that other guests and your hosts live on the property.
🔹 Safety First
• No smoking inside the Studio.
• No candles allowed inside due to fire risk.
• If you need any additional kitchen supplies or small appliances, we may have them available—just ask!

Guests are welcome to explore and enjoy our property, including the garden and the surrounding woods. However, we ask that you do so with respect and care:
• You are responsible for your own safety while on the premises, including in natural areas such as the woods and garden. Paths may be uneven, and wildlife is often present. • Please do not pick or damage plants or disturb wildlife. • Supervise children at all times when outside the unit. • Use caution when walking on unpaved areas, especially in wet or icy conditions.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss that may occur due to negligence or failure to follow these guidelines while on the property.

🔥 BBQ & Blackstone Use
• The outdoor BBQ grill and Blackstone are available for guest use.
• Use at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from improper use.
• Never leave grills unattended while in use.
• Be sure to turn off all gas valves and clean surfaces after use.
• If you’re unsure how to operate the equipment safely, please ask—we’re happy to help!

CHECK OUT REQUEST
• Please notify us or on the platform that you will are departing.
• Turn the heat down to 65.
• Please leave sheets on the bed.
• Start dishwasher if needed.
