This 80 m2 accomodation, attached to the main house, features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a bathroom. It has been completely renovated.
Guests can enjoy a large garden extended 1 hectare and a superb 10*5m swimming pool.
Private parking is available, and the fenced garden provides a safe and peaceful environment. It is possible to unload your car directly in front of the cottage, which is one level and easily accessible.
Ideally located between Nimes et Montpellier, and only 20 min from the mediterranean coast, this is the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday, offering peace, tranquillity, and a true connection with nature.

Séjour parfait en famille !Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce logement particulièrement bien agencé pour une famille. L'endroit était propre et très agréable. Les propriétaires, qui vivent sur place, nous ont accueillis très chaleureusement. Ils ont su se montrer d'une grande discrétion (nous ne les avons croisés qu'à de rares occasions), tout en restant ultra-disponibles et réactifs au moindre besoin. La piscine est partagée avec leur famille, mais nous avons pu en profiter énormément, presque comme si elle était privée. Pour chercher un tout petit point négatif, certains équipements sont un brin vieillissants, mais cela n'a en rien gâché notre confort. Ces vacances ont été synonyme de détente…Nous recommandons sans hésiter !
