This well-maintained vacation apartment on the first floor is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. You have access to a nice terrace and the entrance area offers privacy through a hedge. In just a few steps you can reach the large community pool of the golf resort. Alhama Golf Resort is a first class residential complex, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Al Kasar shopping center is nearby and has bars, restaurants, a supermarket, bakery and beauty salon.

Zoals ik eerder heb aangegeven is dit appartement werkelijk goor en vuil, ik zal alvast enkele foto's in bijlage mee sturen van hoe het verschil is met de foto's die vertoont worden op jullie website!!Wij hadden dit appartement, als je dit zo kan noemen, reeds in mei geboekt, maar door onvoorziene omstandigheden hebben we dit moeten annuleren (en onze centen kwijt), nu dus enkel foto's genomen en direct terug door gegaan, omdat dit stonk en zo vuil is dat een hond er waarschijnlijk nog niet in wil verblijven!!!Ik zou dan ook graag mijn centen van de laatste keer terug zien!!

Try before you buy trip

On arrival at Condado de Alhama, late at night, it was difficult to find property, the signage on the complex is not very clear. I think it would help if you mention that parking for the property is Jardines 7/8 and give number of parking spot. This would have made life so much easier. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and comfortable. It had everything you would possibly need for an enjoyable stay, for example there were boogie boards that were great for our grandchildren to use in the waves at the beach. 2 bicycles, lots of games etc. Car booster seats x2 , golf clubs, to name but a few. The kitchen was well equipped, tho not a lot of cooking occurred as just a 2 minute walk took you to the Condado Club that does wonderful freshly cooked meals at a reasonable price. The bedrooms were of good size and the beds were comfortable. The garden was a little sun trap with table and chairs and a couple of sunbeds. The pool was just a stroll away and a great place to sit, and relax. Gill the representative lived just above us and has been a great help throughout our stay, especially with the wi-fi. Maybe some paperwork with information on code and password would be helpful. Overall this property was a lovely place to stay and we would stay again and recommend to anyone stay here.
