Ein Wohnung, die weit über der Realität angepriesen wird.

Wir haben die Wohnung für 1 Monat gebucht und dafür mehrere Tausend Euros bezahlt. In Anbetracht dieser hohen Summe, waren unsere Erfahrung sehr schlecht. Die Wohnung war für unseren Standard sehr dreckig. Es hingen sogar noch gebrauchte Handtücher der Vormieter im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung erfüllt keinesfalls den angepriesenen Wohnraum für bis zu 6 Personen. Wir haben unsere Besuchsgäste für diese Zeit daher wieder ausgeladen.

Lieber Gernot B. schade, dass Sie sich bei uns nicht wohl gefühlt haben. Für den Umstand bzgl. der Handtücher kann ich mich nur noch einmal entschuldigen; unsere Reinigungskraft hat diese hinter der Badezimmertür aus Versehen hängen lassen. Das war ein Fehler, den wir Ihnen mit einer kostenfreien Nacht und einem Verzehrgutschein im Gesamtwert von ca. 140,00€ erlassen haben. Sie waren damit auch nach Rückfrage sehr zufrieden und einverstanden. Ihr Hinweis bzgl. der Größe ist nicht nachvollziehbar: die Wohnung hat drei separate Schlafplätze für insgesamt sechs Personen. Sie hatten zu zweit gebucht, allerdings keine weiteren Gäste angemeldet. Diese hätten dennoch übernachten können, da sämtliche Schlafplätze mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern ausgestattet ist. Schade, dass es zu diesem Missverständnis gekommen ist und dieses Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt hat. Wenn Sie uns vor Ort dazu angesprochen hätten, wäre sicherlich eine Lösung möglich gewesen. Dennoch danke für Ihren Aufenthalt und Ihnen alles Gute villa appartements syke
