Villa Solana is located in the south-westernmost corner of Cape Coral, very close to the Tarpon Point Marina. It is one of the best and most desirable residential areas in Cape Coral. The harbor at Tarpon Point is just a 10 minute walk. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. can be reached on foot or with the existing bicycles. This holiday home is particularly suitable for families with children. Camelot Park with its large playground and tennis courts can be reached in 5 minutes.

The house is located in an extremely quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is hardly any car traffic.

The boat location of this house is fantastic. It not only offers quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico (30 minutes) but also sailboat access. That means there are no bridges or narrow spots preventing you from renting a large boat. The right boat can optionally be booked in addition to this house and will be handed over by an expert boatman on your arrival. You will then find out about boat instructions and tips on site.

Electrically and heated, the pool brings the water to a comfortable temperature in every season of the year, which you can determine yourself.

From the elegant, light-flooded living room you can enjoy the view of the large pool, the canal and the tropical garden. The sliding glass doors can be opened completely, creating a great inside-outside feeling.

In addition to the large master bedroom (with 50'LCD) with king size bed and walk-in closet, there is another queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen size bed in the 3rd bedroom and also in the 4th bedroom.

In the master bedroom is the large bathroom with double vanity and spacious shower. A shower is also available in the guest toilet.

You also have a fantastic view of the pool and canal from the completely new kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, fridge and microwave. In addition to the common filter coffee machine, you have a Nespresso coffee machine at your disposal.

Furthermore, high-speed WiFi is available free of charge throughout the house.

Our stay

We arrived to the property ready for vacation. Everybody liked the house their rooms and the pool great for family and hanging out. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the tv in the master bedroom stopped working and I stayed at the house on a day cause I wasn’t feeling well and had no tv for the last 2 days being there in my room but other than that we had a good time
