Villa Solis is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern-built luxury residence with quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Situated close to the ever-popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, from the custom-built kitchen to the sumptuous outdoor lounge living area with cable TV, everything in this custom-built home is luxurious and modern by design.

On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining, and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beachy tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent.

The kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also a separate den that has been furnished as an extra TV viewing area.

The master suite is spacious and upscale in its appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed, cable TV, and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent master bathroom completes the master area of the home. The master bath has a separate large walk-in shower, sunken bathtub, and designer his and her basin area.

The guest bedrooms and bathroom are located on the other side of the house in a split-plan design so as to provide the ultimate in privacy for all guests. The queen guest bedroom has cable TV and sliding doors to the pool area. The twin bedroom also has cable TV. The guest bathroom has a large walk-in shower with pool door to the deck area for added convenience.

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool/spa and deck area is oversized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining, or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its own outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining, which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is also a private dock available for guests' use if you wish to hire a boat and explore the wonders of the Gulf of Mexico. (Please note there is room to tie up along the dock area but the boat lift is not available for guests' use).

Relaxing FL Vacation

We loved staying at the house. It was super comfortable and the pool was wonderful. We rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right behind the house. It took about 30 minutes to take the boat from the house to open water.

Wonderful home to have a relaxing vacation.

The house is represented accurately in the VRBO description and pictures. The pool was wonderful, and my husband and I have fallen in love with Cape Coral. Already planning our next trip! From the moment we walked in, we were in awe of the house. The pictures don’t do it justice. The decor creates a warm home like atmosphere. The house was so nice we spent most of our time there. This home was perfect! Our only disappointment is that our stay was only for 3 days and nights; we would have loved to stay longer. All appointments and furnishings, including extremely comfy bedding and luxurious bathrooms, seem brand new! The kitchen was well-equipped. The pool and hot tub worked perfectly and were very inviting. This home will not disappoint you!

Great Week at a Beautiful Property

This home has a great set-up and has been beautifully maintained. Very clean, good-size rooms, and has everything you need and more. Fishing from the dock and relaxing in the hot tub/pool were very relaxing. The outdoor screened-in area is huge and doubles the living space of the property. We were in town for travel baseball in Ft. Myers and it was an easy drive to the ball parks, to the beaches, fishing, dining, and shopping. There is a burrowing owl site in the neighborhood which made for fun viewing driving by, we caught a few fish from the dock, and saw a large green iguana, and several bird species. I highly recommend this property!

Immaculate Home

This home was absolutely stunning! It was so clean, probably the cleanest I’ve stayed in with a vacation home. It was perfect for a couples getaway trip with the suites being on opposite sides of the home. It was well equipped with pretty much anything you needed. Beds were comfortable. Pool area was our favorite! We were so comfortable in this home. Our only issue was location. We wished we could pick this house up and move it closer to the beach! It take a good 30 minutes to get to the closest beach in Fort Myers. There is just a lot of traffic and traffic lights that make the trips a little longer, but that’s common in Florida. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and absolutely loved the home!

Beautiful home, Quiet Neighborhood

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this home! The kitchen was equipped pretty well. You can grill outside also if you like. The beds were fairly comfortable if you like a firm mattress. There was plenty of linens/towels for going to beach. The garage had a few beach chairs and umbrella if you do go to the beach. The pool was very clean and warm. We rented a boat from Cape Coral Boats and we were able to dock it right at the house. The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, close to a Publix. Definitely recommend going to Lobster Lady, and the homemade ice cream store next to it Cape Coral Creamery. Also recommend Pink Sea Photography to take your family beach photos! We definitely stay here again!

BUGS!!!!!!

The pool was pretty and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was unable to be used due to an ant infestation and a broken toilet seat in the master bathroom. A cockroach was also found in the master bathroom. More ants were all over the pool deck. Also something was leaking from the ceiling in the garage. Pool lights didn’t work and the replacement lights didn’t have batteries so we had to purchase batteries for the lights those along with terro for the ant infestation. The house was nice but geez all the issues were frustrating.

Fortunately it was eradicated during your stay with 2 visits from the pest control company. The leak in the garage was also fixed during your stay. I wish you had mentioned the issues about the toilet & the batteries when we communicated. We could have dispatched a handyman to take a look at the toilet. We had no idea of the toilet issue until we received the comment below as no one has mentioned it. We inspected it and the seat was not broken at all. It was just a loose bolt. We can only assume someone must have taken the batteries from the devices as they were there & working with the previous guests. The pool lights were on back order for parts which is why we had supplied the replacement lights for guests' usage. I am pleased to confirm the pool lights have now been repaired once the parts became available.

I would have have 5 Stars but…

There was Zero Water Pressure in Master Bath and had an Ant issue. Without these two items I would have given the VRBO 5 Stars Management Company did send out an exterminator ASAP. Home is Beautiful

Thank you Richard for your feedback. To update on the water pressure comment. It was a simple fix re. the water pressure. A plumber installed a new cartridge. We did try to fix this during your stay & within 12 hrs of receiving a report of the issue. However when the plumber knocked on the door to make the fix, someone in your group told them to go away & not to disturb them. Therefore unfortunately the fix had to happen after your departure. We are pleased to confirm the water pressure is now fine.

Outstanding rental
