About this property
Frankie's Place | Beach Access via Tram, Screened Porch, Private Hot Tub
Welcome to Frankie’s Place – Tail Wags Guaranteed
Hi there. I’m Frankie.
And this place? It’s mine. Well, I share it (nicely!) with my humans, and now, maybe with you. Whether you're coming with two legs or four, you're officially invited to stay at my favorite spot on Earth—Frankie’s Place.
Featured Amenities:
Dog Friendly – I insisted.
Screened Porch + Fire Pit (I nap while you talk)
Private SEASONAL Hot Tub (no dogs allowed, trust me—I’ve tried)
Neighborhood Tram to the Beach (it’s a ride! like in a car! but better!)
Inside My Home
When you walk in, you’ll feel it—this is a happy place. The sun spills in, the ceilings are tall, and everything feels warm and bright, like a good belly rub.
My humans filled this space with soft colors and comfy furniture that’s perfect for curling up. Whether you're reading a book, sipping wine, or watching a fire dance in the fireplace, this is where people tend to smile without trying.
And the screened porch? Oh, I love it there. It’s quiet, with just the sound of birds and breezes. Bring your morning coffee or your late-night lemonade, and settle in. You’ll see what I mean.
Kitchen Shenanigans
My favorite spot to supervise is the kitchen.
There’s plenty of counter space for humans to chop and stir and snack (I recommend anything that might accidentally fall). You can stock up at the roadside farm stands or hit Cogdal Vineyards for a bottle to open “just because.” There’s even a grill out back for your Grill Master (or that one guy who burns everything but tries hard).
Backyard Vibes
The backyard is my zone. There’s a hot tub for you (again—no dogs, sigh), and a Solo Stove fire pit that makes nights smell amazing. This is where everyone gathers. Stories are told. Marshmallows get gooey. And sometimes, if I’m lucky, someone drops a hot dog.
Sleepy Time
After a full day of sniffing, playing, and porch-lounging, you’ll sleep like a log here.
The master bedroom has a private en suite and a bed so comfy it’s like falling into a cloud. Three more bedrooms each have queen beds, and the bunk room is perfect for pups-in-training (aka kids or single adults who love a cozy nook).
Let’s Talk Beach
Frankie’s Place is just a short stroll to the tram that glides you down the 90-foot bluff to Lake Michigan. It’s peaceful, private, and free from the crowds. You can walk, sniff, and explore to your heart’s content. The sunsets? I chase the light across the porch until it dips behind the trees. You’ll want to see it for yourself.
From My Family to Yours
Frankie’s Place isn’t just a house—it’s a feeling.
It’s where your shoulders drop. Your laugh gets louder. Your leash comes off (figuratively… unless you’re me). It’s where families make memories and tail wags are constant.
So if you’re looking for a place to stay where the welcome is real, the porch is peaceful, and the hot tub is ready—we’d love to have you. I’ll even save you my favorite sunny spot on the porch.
See you soon,
Frankie
Notes from My Humans:
Tram Info: The tram is run by our neighborhood association and is usually in great shape—but it may occasionally be down for maintenance. Please be kind and follow posted instructions to keep it running for everyone.
Shoreline Details: The tram brings you down to a sandy overlook with access to lake stairs nearby. This property does not have a code for the stairs—please use the tram for entry to the beach.
Seasonal Hot Tub: The hot tub is operational through the Summer season, but is shut down at the mid-end of October to prevent damage during the Winter.
Parking: 1 car in the garage, 3 in the driveway
Pets: Dogs welcome! (No cats—I’m allergic to drama.)
Beach Access: Neighborhood tram
