It comprises: - Living room/kitchen - 1 bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm) that can be joined upon request - Shower room/WC Sea view from the terrace - 16 m² terrace with pergola - Garden furniture - Lounge area - 2 sun loungers - Built-in barbecue - 2 parking spaces on the property (manual gate) - Air conditioning in the living room/kitchen - Washing machine - Dishwasher (9 place settings) - Mini-oven - Microwave - Freezer compartment - Television - Wi-Fi (intermittent connection) From May 15th to September 15th: access to the swimming pool at the Arinella residence located 200 meters away (open from 9 am to 8 pm, secured by a safety barrier) Electric vehicles are permitted: a fee of €10 is charged per top-up Stunning sea views from this apartment for 4 people, located 400 meters from Farinole beach
