Watch favorite shows on the smart TV or simply enjoy the dreamy ocean views. Prep beach snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Prepare a morning coffee using the Keurig machine or the regular coffee maker. Serve a crisp drink at the rounded kitchen bar. Gather at the six-person dining table for a memorable meal complete with spectacular views. The wrap-around balcony provides ample seating to kick back and take in the front-row ocean views.

This condo sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The primary suite features a stately king bed and a TV. The en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is appointed with two full-size beds and a TV. The en-suite bathroom provides a tub/shower combination. Both bedrooms offer direct access to the wraparound balcony. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Fantastic community amenities include an outdoor pool (unheated and open seasonally from May to October), an indoor pool, a hot tub, and a playground. This unit is located on the 15th floor. Elevators are provided. Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-unit washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for two cars in the lot in front of the building. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
