Only the main suite of the house has air conditioning, as does the studio.



A rare asset: the main house is built with quality materials that allow it to remain naturally cool in summer. Living room, kitchen and bedrooms maintain a pleasant temperature effortlessly — fans are available, but rarely necessary.



The main house has a spacious, fully equipped and generous kitchen, whilst the studio has its own kitchenette.



Surrounded by generous trees that offer numerous shaded corners to recharge during the hottest hours, the property reveals at its heart a generous private swimming pool of 15m x 4m, a barbecue area and an outdoor dining terrace — perfect for enjoying long summer evenings.



Ideal situation:

Just a stone's throw from the centre of Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, at the gates of Arrábida Natural Park, 16 km from Setúbal, 43 km from Lisbon and 50 km from the airport.
