Just what we needed

It was just my husband and I for this trip, but this house would be perfect for families. Clean, modern, with everything we needed! The pool was clean and heated and the neighborhood is quite, but still close to stores, restaurants, Disney, etc.

Left high and dry

TL;DR - We ended up at a hotel instead. The longer store is that an hour or so before stay we had not received check-in details. I contacted them and the property manager finally, essentially at the time of check-in, said the place was "flooded" and we couldn't stay there. They claimed to be looking for another place we could stay, then stopped responding altogether. We ended up getting a last-minute hotel instead and a refund from VRBO.

Great place for a family vacation!

This house was great! I had my mom, me, my fiance, our 7 and 5 month old. The house was comfortable for all of us. Our main goal was to go to Universal and we were about 30 minutes away which wasnt a bad drive at all even with it being memorial day weekend. The pool was the hit feature of the house for the family. The house comes equipped with everything you need: towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, and the upstairs closet even has board games!! I will put one negative just so it can be seen as a truthful review, it could use more forks lol but that wasnt a big enough issue to change the rating lol. George was responsive and very helpful with anything we needed, our next trip will definitely be back here!!

I never got to stay

I got there at about 8ish 9 we get to the property and there is another family there when we call the property manager and than we were told that we’re were double booked and that they would put us in another property was told to go to 5 different property each had someone else in it I only had the weekend to enjoy the summer away from work and got nothing but headache had to stay in the nearest hotel it was 1 am with my child with me the whole time and they still didn’t solve nothing they were worried more about there score taking a bad impact never using this app made what was supposed to be a great family vacation turned into a nightmare

This property was more than I expected since it looks a little out dated un the pictures, however, I loved it. Very simple and cute ! Communication with the property owners was great. George answers all questions and concerns within a couple hours. The property had just about everything. The second floor closet had board games, there's washer and dryer, a pool table in the garage, strollers in the garage (which I thought was so thoughtful for families who have infants/toddlers). They are more than enough towels in the closets and bathrooms. The pool was awesome, unfortunately there is no grill (just FYI). You will find many stores on the strip literally from dollars tree, supermarker, to outlets, flea market, Walmart and much more. Disney world, SeaWorld and aquatic were 25 minutes away and if you stay here make sure to visit "World Food Trucks". I would definitely rent out again! Thank you, Crystal

Florida budget rental.

House is located in an older development. House was as advertised, clean and met my wife and I's needs. Beds we're comfortable and the large pool is a nice feature. However, the lani area needs some TLC. The screen had several holes and gaps and the hardware is rusting in several areas. The kitchen area is small but functional. Stove and refrigerator were in great shape. However, cooking hardware could use an upgrade. A few plastic mixing bowls are needed as well as sharp knives. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
