Fantastic little holiday home in southern Carinthia

The house with terrace and garden is located in a small holiday complex (Wahaha Paradise) at the foot of the Karawanken in the Rosental at approx. 400 m above sea level. M .. In the complex there is a heated outdoor pool, a natural swimming pond as well as a mini golf course and a tennis court, which can be used free of charge. Discounted access (-33%) to the modern sauna and wellness area ensures relaxation after a hard day in the mountains of Carinthia. Other discounted offers at the Wahaha Paradise will not let you get bored: Fun and Sport Paradise with fitness center, children's and youth play area (climbing wall), beach volleyball, mini golf, tennis and small football field, bike rental;
The fully equipped house is lovingly furnished and has a living room, kitchen (with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom and toilet over 3 separate bedrooms, one of them with an extra baby bed. The house is designed for a maximum of 6 people. WiFi is available to our guests free of charge.

Amazing in every way

This is a hidden gem in Carinthia! The property is perfect in every way. The area surrounding the property is breathtakingly beautiful. We easily drove to Worthersee and Kloppeinersee, and enjoyed the nature surrounding us. We were sad to leave and look forward to returning one day!

Es ist fast wie nach Hause kommen. Harley-Davidson Reise

Das Quartier ist super sauber, super funktionell und super gelegen. Alle Ziele sind schnell erreichbar gewesen. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist, auch für ihn waren die Gegebenheiten ideal. Würde wiederkommen, nur leider darf der Hund nicht mehr mit, da der Vermieter diese Option aufgrund unangenehmer Ereignisse einstellt. Sehr schade.

Lage des Ferienhauses war optimal.Ziemlich zentral gelegen. Nicht weit nach Klagenfurt oder Villach. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Einziges Manko waren die Matratzen, die waren für unser aller Gefühl zu hart. Im Haus selber ist alle da,was man so braucht. Nur zu empfehlen.

Außerordentlich - absolute Empfehlung

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht - vom Multiladekabel an jeder Steckdose über Kaffeevollautomat bis hin zu Kinderspielsachen. Wir haben uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist extrem sauber und liebevoll gepflegt. Check-In und Check-out sind völlig unkompliziert. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht, absolut sauber und gemütlich. Kann ich wirklich weiterempfehlen. Ein bisschen Negatives gibt es natürlich auch: Der Balkon, wie er auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, existiert nicht und das WLAN eierte bei unserem Aufenthalt irgendwo bei 1 Mbps rum. Ich war auch davon ausgegangen, dass wir eine Kärnten-Card bekommen, dem war allerdings nicht so. Die Karte hätte hier und da eine Ermäßigung gebracht.

Feistritz im Rosental

Die Ferienwohnung ist ein separates Haus. Ruhig gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet, was einen guten Urlaub ermöglicht. Die Ferienparkanlage ist großzügig gestaltet, befindet sich aber in der Umgestaltung. Dadurch teilweise geschlossen und nicht benutzbar. Wenn alle Möglichkeiten geöffnet sind, eine tolle abwechslungsreiche Parkanlage für die ganze Familie.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Kärnten. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Der Park ist auch total schön, war aber leider nicht geöffnet, worüber wir im Vorfeld informiert wurden. Viele Ausflugsziele liegen in der näheren Umgebung oder sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Wunderbar ruhige Lage, soweit wirklich alles in Ordnung, allerdings habe ich früher selbst ein Ferienhaus vermietet und bei mir hätte man im Schrank sicherlich keinen alten Staub oder Brotbrösel auf dem Sessel in der Küche gefunden, Spinnweben in der Lampe, der Boden sicherlich nicht nass gewischt...allerdings würde mich das ganze jetzt nicht abhalten dieses Objekt noch einmal zu mieten. Evtl. kommt das ganze ja an die richtige Adresse und wir verbessert.

Super schönes Ferienhaus mit moderner gemütlicher Einrichtung

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus. Besonders gut fand ich, dass keine haltbaren Lebensmittel weggeschmissen werden und somit auch noch von nachfolgenden Gästen gegessen/benutzt werden können. Das nenne ich nachhaltig. Auch das Equipment und die Einrichtung im Haus entspricht alldem, was das Herz begehrt. Die kostenlose Nutzung des (Natur-)Pools ist das i-Tüpfelchen, ebenso wie die gute Lage des Hauses. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder!

Wunderschönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in kleiner Ferienanlage. Wir (2 Erw., 3 Kinder) haben es als Basislager für viele Wandertouren genutzt. Abends gings zur Entspannung in den Naturteich - Erholung pur :-)
