Great house

This place was great. It’s affordable, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and quickly had the issue corrected. Property is in a blue collar neighborhood close to many sights. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Will for sure stay there again

My wife and I were VERY pleased with the house… if you have small children like us, there is plenty of space for them to play in the backyard. Because it is cemented, my kids were able to ride their scooters and skate in the backyard safely without worry… The house itself is very cozy and clean… there are a few small things that need attention but nothing that will ruin your stay. The neighborhood is pretty normal, people exercising and walking their dogs everyone I ran into were very polite… it is more inland so if you’re looking for something close to the beach this may not be your spot but the beach is no more than a 10-15 minute drive…. There is a strip mall with a grocery store right across the street which was very convenient…. We visit San Diego often and finding this place was a gem….

Clean and cheerful

We had a wonderful stay and we’re able to enjoy all of the beauty of San Diego. Check in could not have been easier and the home was clean and comfortable. We were very happy with our stay.

It was ok

The neighborhood is kind of sketchy. The house has bars on many but not all of its windows. The ac was not working when we got there and the house had been all closed up so even though it was cool outside it was hot and stuffy inside and it was hard to open windows. The manager went someone the next day to fix it. They do a lot to make it comfortable for you. There were snacks and bottles of water waiting for us, including some cold ones in the fridge. The wifi worked well. Items like laundry detergent and shampoo are provided. Checkin was very smooth and easy. The layout is a little strange. The master BR is the one with two queens and an attached bath. The other two bedrooms, including the one that has a king, share the hall bath. It is right next to the freeway so at times there is a lot of noise from cars. There are also barking dogs in at least two of the nearby houses. It was fine for our family of 4 for a couple of days but I probably would look elsewhere if I return to SD in the future.

Beautiful Stay

This house was so beautiful! Everything was very clean. It was big enough that my family and I had plenty of room. It was a short drive to PetCo Park where I attended my graduation. I was very happy with my stay!
