Great getaway

Justin was a great host. Very communicative and any questions were responded to almost immediately. The house itself was very nice and advertised correctly. I will say the surrounding area itself is a little dodgy - it didn’t feel safe enough to walk around at night. But the proximity to Gaslamp made for a quick Uber ride. Overall, great option for a group of guys!

Great one story with front patio

Wonderful home and open living room and kitchen combo. Plenty of seating- Extra sheets in closets, and in nice condition. Enjoyed our stay!

Location cannot be beat

Nice quiet neighborhood with great deck for gatherings and barbecue. Store and bakery 2 minute walk (the bakery is excellent). 5 car minutes to Balboa Park and Zoo/Museums/downtown, 9 to airport, 11 to Coronado, 20 to Scenic sunsets, etc. As stated in previous, the parking was VERY tight...but you have your own parking (rare in SD). We had a minivan and first couple parks were precarious but once practiced, it was not a problem for me. Worried about just one bathroom but our group of 5 worked it out, beds comfortable, heat good (January stay), had a couple bathroom problems (curtain rod falling, leaking shower handle, only 2 washclothes)...but these are not to be considered given the plusses of this house and location....place is small, but its San Diego, not Ohio...
