Happy visit

Lovely beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will cherish such fond memories of beautiful Newport Beach. The host provided all the comforts of home, including beach chairs and sand toys for our kids. The rooftop was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hope to visit again some day!

Such a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, well stocked and roomy kitchen. The beds were comfy with great sheets. Several premium channels on all of the tv’s with lots of movie options. The rooftop is AMAZING! It’s huge with a variety of seating options. We grilled every night and made delicious s'more's afterwards. Steffanie was always available and helpful to answer my questions. The beach is just a short walk away, super clean and breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Stay

We have had a fantastic stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The rooftop was incredible. We had such a wonderful experience we extended an extra day. The neighbors were kind, the area quiet. Ample parking and walking paths were stunning.

Really enjoyed the rooftop deck, bed was super comfortable, decent kitchen amenities. The only drawback was the trash left behind from the last guest must have had seafood in it, so every time you entered the property the stench and the flies were really bad.

The upper view level is extraordinary and makes for a wonderful getaway. Great BBQ. The kitchen was extra nice with all you need. Just a fun place to stay and so close to the beach and ferry.

Wonderful vacation home in Newport Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! This Home is well maintained and upgraded, very clean, and was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is Walking distance to beaches, the location is great! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the balcony was amazing to enjoy evenings with my family. We will definitely stay here again! Great vacation spot!
