This place was awesome! Great layout of bedrooms and bathrooms. So conveniently located for the beach. We didn’t get to use the hot tub, but it would have been a great perk.

The house is new, clean, and well-located. It is a treat to be able to walk easily to the beach on pleasant side streets. The hot tub is a great amenity. There is, however, a corporate feel to the house; the house could use more attention to decor and backyard design. Most importantly, beds and bedding are in need of replacement. Mattresses were wobbly; sheets were very thin; blankets were cheap. Higher end bedding would go a long way to making the experience more pleasant.

Showers were both dirty. Looked like they did a quick clean job right before check in. Kitchen floor had so much water it took over 5 hours to dry. Outside garage was so full I could barely get our garbage in as required. Towel racks were torn off walls. Carpet on stairs needed cleaning. Door between garage and house locked but wouldn’t latch. Host responded until I told them about my concerns and then no response.

The house was set up perfectly. This wasn’t the first time we’ve stayed there. We love the location. A little pricy. But we’ve enjoyed renting it. We will probably rent it again for the 3rd time next year

The location was great, literally two blocks to the promenade/beach. It's right on the river, which makes for some great views, and the home included some thoughtful additions with a kitchen that was stocked with all the equipment you could need
