About this property

Seebadhaus directly to harbor + beach. The sandy beach is only 200 meters away!

Welcome to our Sweden house in the latest state-recognized seaside resort on the island of Rügen!

Equipped for up to 6 people. (ideal for 4 pers.). The house has a brand new kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, etc. There is also a beautifully equipped bathroom with shower (additional rain head shower). In the main season the arrival and departure day must be a Sunday. In low season the arrival and departure day is flexible; it must then be at least 3 nights.

Other rooms: Gr. BEDROOM. with double bed, small BEDROOM. with bunk bed, extra bed possibility over gr. Sofa bed in the living room, 1.6 x 2 m lying area. Bed linen in standard size and towels are not provided by the landlord (please remember when you arrive).
Nice, cozy living room and nice, large conservatory.
Of course, Flatsreen TV, stereo system and terraces are available in the garden. Also a garden house in which chairs and cushions for garden furniture are stored; You can also put a lot there, z. B. brought sports equipment.

The huge garden (about 650 m²): Its old trees (eg large pine trees) and its park-like grounds give it a special grace. Opportunities for undisturbed sunbathing!

The attraction with play and sport is the just newly created sandy beach which is supervised from early to late summer DLRG. Boat rental in the harbor to get to know one of the most beautiful sailing / fishing areas in Germany. Other highlights: Pretty beach promenade (in addition a wooden beach promenade directly on the water past), good restaurants, picturesque view of the silhouette of Stralsund, beach chairs rental, volleyball court and children's playground on the beach, historic houses, bike paths on beaches and fields over. Excellent transport links (water and land) for all kinds of excursions.

The for almost 2 million EUR invested, new beach is the only sandy beach Rügens with southern exposure - sunlight from morning to evening. Our house is very quiet and yet right on the park (greek. Restaurant) and on the beaches.

Clean but be forewarned

After requesting our stay, the host accepted but included an addendum to the listing. This addendum highlighted that electricity, bed linens, and towels were NOT included. Had we known that, we would not have booked here. The host did not respond to our messages about how we could get linens and towels until VRBO provided the host’s phone number to us. The host provided bedding and towels for 80 (20 per person), but beware that she will also expect you to pay for electricity on top as well.If you regularly travel with bedding and towels, this may not concern you. If you do not, be aware of the additional costs that you will incur.

Das Schwedenhaus ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Das Grundstück ist einladend und ruhig, von irgendwelchen Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Leider gab es kein Salz/Pfeffer, Zucker, Backpapier oder so, dafür sind allerhand Küchengeräte, Töpfe, Pfannen und Auflaufformen da. Und da man auf Rügen auch Sonntags einkaufen kann, bekommt alles in kurzer Zeit, oder man bringt es einfach selber mit.Man massig Feuerholz und einen schönen Ofen, an dem man sich nach dem Strandspaziergang wärmen kann.Wenn wir wieder nach Rügen fahren, werden wir uns gerne wieder an Familie Hausmann wenden :)Danke für die schöne Zeit!

Haben unseren Sommerurlaub hier verbracht. Haus und Grundstück liegen schön ruhig im grünen. Zum Strand sind es aber mehr als 200m.

Private Unterkunft

Wir waren im Schwedenhaus, abseits des Haupthauses. Zu Fuß circa 400m entfernt vom Hafen und Strand, wo es einige gastronomische Lokalitäten und einen Spielplatz gab. Zum Badestrand an sich musste man noch mal ca. 100m mehr laufen.Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was man so brauchte (bis auf Salz und Pfeffer). Die Betten waren bequem und die Bettdecken und Kopfkissen sahen auch noch recht neu und dementsprechend sauber aus.Das angrenzende Grundstück war riesig und ein Träumchen. Selbst für uns Grundbesitzer. Man hatte seine Ruhe und niemand konnte aufs Grundstück sehen. Eine Sitzgruppe mit Grill und Liegen und Spielzeug waren ebenfalls vorhanden.(Zum Grundstück gehörte auch ein Rasenmähroboter, der leider in die Jahre gekommen ist. Wir wurden gebeten ihn öfter mal "anzuschubsen". Er blieb oft stecken, hatte einen Linksdrall, stumpfe Sägeblätter und wurde mit dem (noch on top zu zahlenden Strom) aufgeladen.Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzreisr

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Leider fehlen in der Anzeige wichtige Informationen. Das Haus ist nur mit Strom beheizbar bzw. mit einem Kamin im Wohnzimmer. Für uns kein Problem da wir selbst einen besitzen. Stromkosten werden zum Ende des Aufenthalts berechnet. Da muss man Vertrauen zum Vermieter haben, da der Stromkasten leider nicht zu öffnen war. Das Haus steht auch nicht direkt am Strand, es sind schon einige 100 m bis dahin. Auch das zweite Schlafzimmer ist eher eine Kammer , sehr eng und dunkel. Für zwei Personen ist das Haus sehr schön und ein riesiger Garten lädt zum entspannen ein.Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub ..Fam. Günter

Urlaub Altefär

Süßes kleines Haus,mit allem was man braucht. Nur das kleine Zimmer ist sehr winzig… ein etwas dickerer Erwachsener kommt kaum bis zum Fenster. Für zwei Kinder ist es zum schlafen okay. Der Garten ist super und riesengroß.Der Hafen ist nicht weit ca 500 Meter…. der Strand ist nicht so toll…das Wasser ist über zwei Treppen zu erreichen, etwas weiter hinten kommt dann doch noch ein kleiner Bereich wo man ins Wasser laufen kann.

Altefähr ist ein ruhiger Ort -im April.Schöner Strand. Sportmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Vermisst haben wir eine geöffnete gastronomische Einrichtung wie Eisdiele, Café,...(7.4. bis 12.4.)

Ruhe und Platz für die ganze Familie

Wir waren über Himmelfahrt zu Gast im Schwedenhaus. Es ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen - auch wenn es in Altefähr mal voller ist - und der große Garten bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen, Grillen und Spielen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und an kühleren Tagen sorgt der Kamin für wohlige Wärme. Wir hatten hier eine schöne Zeit.

Schönes kleines Schwedenhaus

Das kleine Haus ist wunderschön. Liebevoll eingerichtet,alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Garten ist groß und einfach ein Traum. Absolut ruhig gelegen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft in Altefähr

Das verlängerte Wochenende in Altefähr war auch aufgrund der Unterbringung sehr gelungen. Wir mussten zwar aufgrund der Deckenhöhe etwas die Köpfe einziehen, aber alles andere war so wie wir uns dies vorgestellt haben und hat zu einem entspannten Wochenende beigetragen. Vielen Dank und gern wieder.

Wunderschöne Umgebung

Wir waren zu 5 in dem Haus. 13,10 und 1 Jahr alt. Hatten ausreichend Platz. Küche hatte alles da was man so braucht. Der Kamin hat für eine gemütliche Atmosphäre gesorgt. Der Garten war das Highlight für meine Fußball liebende Jungs. Ein wirklich sehr großer und schöner Garten. An jeder Ecke im Garten konnten wir das Holz für den Kamin nehmen. Ein kurzer Spaziergang von ca.5min und wir waren am Strand. Dort gibt es ein Grieche wo das Essen super lecker ist. Der Kletterpark direkt am Strand war ein Erlebnis. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder. Dankeschön

Süßes Häuschen

Süßes Häuschen mit sehr schönem Garten. Unsere Kinder haben die Baumschaukel und das Hochbett geliebt. Geschlafen haben sie dann nach ein paar Nächten aber lieber auf der Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Das war auch sehr bequem. Wir durften Obst von den Bäumen essen und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.
