Rent with Caution!
As we pulled up from our long trip from CA, I was taken back by the initial appearance of the home. The yard was covered in leaves, spider webs all over the front of the house & front step rail broken.
The walk up to the house & initial inspection was rough! Front door covered in cobwebs & spiders to include the back deck. The back slider door fell off when we opened it & handle busted. Broken dresser drawers, spiders, spiderwebs & spider egg sacks in the house. Fire alarm was on the hallway floor. Bottle caps, leaves throughout. Rugs & furniture stains, broken furniture, closet doors falling off. Dirty towels in drawer, floss picks in drawer, missing light bulbs, rusty stove top, dishwasher not working. The list goes on!

May I ask the last time you have been here your self?
I ask because this place is NASTY!!!! Spider webs, spiders & spider eggs in the house, dirty towels in drawers, much of the kitchen stuff in master closet, coffee table in master closet, dirty walls, musty smell, filthy furniture, filthy stained living room rug. Wash cloths on the floor in a bedroom, flossers in night stand & the list goes on & on!!! I'll be sending pics.
DaSean was great & quick at communication & helped where he could. He did provide a refund, however, considering the condition & the $ we paid the refund was weak! The description & condition of this house is far from advertised & should be pulled from VRBO until corrections are made!
