Looking to be in 5 Points and walking distance from UGA campus? This is the perfect home away from home for game day weekends, UGA graduation or weddings. Our 6 bd/4 ba home is the perfect house to accommodate large groups for any event in beautiful Athens, GA. Our house sleeps 13 in a bed but has multiple living areas with TVs for plenty of space to spread out, including a large front yard and backyard with a screen porch. All that Five Points has to offer is only a mile from our doorstep, including shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and a grocery store. We cannot wait for you to visit!

Wonderful House for Graduation/Football Weekends!

This was the perfect place to stay for Graduation Weekend 2023. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to 5 Points and is 5-10 minutes away from anywhere on campus. There was plenty of space for our group of 10 to be together and space to take a break from said group when needed! The kitchen is well equipped to have a family dinner. Beds were comfortable and cozy. Snacks and toiletries were a lovely surprise after driving in from out of state. Katie was welcoming and responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this property for any football weekend and graduation. Thank you, Katie!

Welcoming Home close to UGA

Great layout so we could be together but also spread out for sleeping. Beautiful home and lots of little extras provided like coffee and condiments. The homeowner answered all my questions very timely. Easy access to downtown Athens. Great stay!

Graduation weekend perfection

Absolutely lovely home. With 3 bedrooms on main floor it was perfect for grandparents whom could not do steps. With additional 2 bedroom upstairs and one down, plenty of room for the graduate and the rest of the family. Dinning and kitchen counter accommodated all for a dinner in. Location was also perfection, close enough to campus/town to be convenient but also not in the middle of all the traffic. Host were also amazing! We were welcomed with graduation signs in yard, decor, snacks, drinks and even coffee! Highly recommend!
