Looking to be in Five Points and within walking distance of the UGA campus? This is the perfect home away from home for game day weekends, UGA graduation, or weddings. Our 6 bd/4 ba home, which serves as our primary residence, is ideal for accommodating large groups for any event in beautiful Athens, GA. The house sleeps 10 in beds and features multiple living areas with TVs, providing plenty of space to spread out, including a large front yard and backyard with a screened porch. All that Five Points has to offer is just a mile from our doorstep, including shops, restaurants, coffee houses, and a grocery store. We cannot wait for you to visit!

What makes this property unique
We renovated this home in 2017 to be our perfect forever home. We opt to rent for football games, weddings and graduation because we want to allow people to enjoy Athens with all the comforts of home. This remains our full-time residence, but we love hosting groups for a fun trip to Athens!
