5 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home in quiet neighborhood only minutes from campus and Sanford Stadium! With well appointed bedrooms and amenities to comfortably sleep 10 people, our home will be the perfect home base for your family and friends when you visit Athens! Our large family room and kitchen spill out to a multi-level deck, also equipped with a flat-screen TV, so you won't miss a single play of the game. There are two master bedrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs, both with King beds. Three other bedrooms upstairs offer 2 Queen and 2 Twin beds. We also have an Ahh-Mazing fenced green space with a pool, pickle ball court, basketball, fire pit and putting green to keep you and your family entertained when you aren’t exploring all that Athens has to offer! It’s paradise in the city!

We had a fantastic time calling this place home base for a weekend with friends attending the UGA game! Everything was easy and the hosts were very gracious with leaving coffee and water! The outdoor space was also perfect for hanging out! Would highly recommend this stay for friends or family visiting Athens.

Excellent VRBO for a large group!

We loved this place and would highly recommend—was absolutely perfect for several couples to visit Athens for a game weekend! Home and rooms were spacious and clean, house offered everything you need and owners are more than accommodating with bottled water, ice, cooler to borrow for tailgating, etc. Driveway parking was plentiful and easy—plus easy to get a quick Uber/Lyft ride to anywhere you want to o in Athens. We would stay again for sure!

Auburn lost the football game. Alabama lost to Vandy so that softened the blow. Property was very nice. Hope we didn’t disturb the neighbors by singing the Karaoke til all hours at the pool house. Had lots of fun.

Athens weekend

We had a wonderful experience renting this property. We were visiting Athens for my daughter’s UGA graduation. The house and yard are lovely. The accommodations fit multiple family members perfectly. The house was immaculate and the host was very helpful and responsive with any requests. Would definitely rent this home again!

We had an amazing time at this house. It truly felt like home the moment we walked in. It was our first time visiting UGA for a game and we would definitely stay here again. Our family enjoyed a fantastic weekend at this property and couldn’t be happier. We were celebrating our oldest’s college graduation with immediate and extended family and this amazing property was the perfect home base. The pool, courts, firepits, and pool house (with its own kitchen and bathroom) are on a huge, adjacent lot providing so much room for entertaining. Our kids didn’t want to leave!! We invited some friends who were amazed at what a great destination we had found. Inside is so nice and had everything we needed!! Stephanie is a wonderful host who made sure our stay was complete and we had all we needed. Thank you!!!!

Stefanie's home was spacious and clean. Located in a beautiful neighborhood at the end of a quiet cul de sac. The space worked great for our group, I would definitely rent again.

Fantastic Property close to UGA Campus

We could not have been happier with our stay at this home. Thanks to it being right off the loop, it was a quick 10 min ride to anywhere on campus as well as my son's apartment and fraternity house. It was a great place to stay with our friends for our kids' graduation weekend. Easy to get in and out without having to deal with the craziness of DT Athens. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The property is very large and in a nice neighborhood. I wish we had found this before our son had graduated!!
