Beautiful contemporary villa fully renovated with a swimming pool and stunning panoramic sea view available for rent for 10 people in Sainte Maxime. Located in the residential area of Nartelle Souvenance, it offers a magnificent 180° view of the sea and the Issambres harbor.
The gated and secure property is close to the beach. This villa, built on 2 levels, consists of an entrance, a large living room with a dining area opening onto terraces facing the sea, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 3 WCs, and an open-plan kitchen.
Beautiful infinity pool facing the sea (10x5x1.60). Landscaped garden with terraced levels. Fully air-conditioned villa. Non-smoking villa. Partly enclosed grounds.
Pets are allowed if they are well-behaved and clean, with an additional charge of €10 per day.
Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified).
Final cleaning is additional at the price of €150.
The security deposit upon arrival is €2000.
Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation).
Charges are included.
The deposit is 25%.
The villa must be returned in immaculate condition, including the kitchen, and the trash must be emptied.
The keys must be returned to the agency by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
