Guest booking this rental must be 25 years of age or older. Any party booking this rental must be accompanied by at least one person 25 years of age or older. All quests staying under the age of 18 must be accompanied my a parent or legal guardian or have written consent from your guardian.

Temporary Membership Fee is a mandatory fee that is assessed to all rentals for occupants age 6 and over.

Really enjoyable!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was on point: kitchen stacked with all the things you may need, double beds all had comfy mattresses, ACs in every room in case it gets hot, awesome loft with lots of toys and board games for kids. The manager was within reach via text and very responsive. House was neat, clean and comfortable. Location was also convenient , we walked to beach 3 ( 10 min) and even island pool (20 min). Thank you for hosting us!

Amazing place

We had planned a long weekend stay and it was absolutely great. We enjoyed our time here. The community and host were fantastic. I would suggest this place for anyone who want to have a great weekend getaway experience. Thank you!
