Guests are required to register and pay the following mandatory fees before arrival:

Temporary Membership (per person, age 6+):

In-Season (May 24 – Sept 2): $8.50 per night

Off-Season (Sept 3 – May 23): $2.00 per night

Vehicle Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay

Administration Fee: $20 per rental registration (non-refundable)

Late Registration Fee: $100 (applies if registration is submitted less than 3 days before arrival)

To avoid the late fee, please ensure guest and vehicle information is submitted at least 3 days before check-in. A QR code will be emailed for gate and amenity access.

Just what I needed….

Great property to be at if you are looking to just get away and decompress! Loved seeing the deer and wild turkeys and just being able to relax and enjoy the space. Great for a family or even just with friends. I will definitely stay there again.

Quaint home

The home was cozy. Had everything listed and owner Jess was accommodating with my needs. Only downside was the driveway as steep but other than that it was a nice getaway home to visit my family in area. Would stay here again.

Quiet cabin in a nice lake community

We love that it is at the end of street and a field across from the house. We got to see deer every morning and bike ride to the lake. Campfires out back and full kitchen to make our own meals. We will be back next year.

Definitely Paradise

This property was beautiful and spacious, exactly as pictured. The owner was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone we had an amazing time and really enjoyed our stay at the Poconos. A plus it's just minutes from camelback sky park and from the outlet.

Amazing weekend getaway

We were looking for very quiet weekend getaway, preferably in a "cabin in the woods", away from the hustle bustle. We got it with this home. It had everything we needed, and the communication with Jessica and her husband were exceptional. We had everything we needed and more. We loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

We love Arrowhead Lake community for the summer vacation and this time the stay was as great as usually.The property had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responsive. The location was great and within walking distance to pools and lake. Will definitely consider for another year.

My family and I had an amazing time! Jessica was an amazing host and helped me through the process of getting temporary membership to stay in the community at arrowhead lake. My family and I did activities at the lodge and everyone loved it! The house was comfortable and had more than enough space for myself, my husband, our 3 boys and our black lab. So much to see and do! We will be staying here again!(:

Nice location to JFBB. House was nice but lacking essentials in the kitchen.....had to go out and buy trash bags....just an empty box was left under the sink...make sure to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper. Very limited bowls, cups and silverware.

Perfect quiet get away

Nestled in beautiful Arrowhead Lake. We had a blast in the community room, playing air hockey, pool and ping pong. Relaxing in front of the fireplace playing cards, watching movies. The house was just what we wanted! Just my husband (50 &56 yrs. old) and I and our 2 fur babies!

Really cute place

Only able to sleep at property due to work obligations but after being stuck outside in a rain storm the fireplace felt so good. Place was very clean and very nice. Front step needs to be fixed as there’s only half a step there. Other than that everything was great.

We had enough room. We enjoyed the wildlife around the property. We were unable to lock up the property to go anywhere because we did not receive a key or the combination to access the house once we left, that was very upsetting and ridiculous.

Great Mountain Getaway!

Very nice house! Cozy and quiet in a tucked away cul-de-sac. 3 nicely sized bedrooms with an additional loft - can definitely sleep up to 10 comfortably! Huge plus is the house is pet friendly. There are decks in the front and back that are fenced in, minus 1 area in the back patio. We brought a baby gate to keep our pup secured. Lots of land and parking area. Fire pit and grill out back to be enjoyed. Easy walk to Choctaw pool. Definitely recommend this house! Arrowhead is a great community to be in with lots to do, especially in peak seasons!

Nice, Quiet, and Clean

Although i didnt get a chance to get there until after it was dark, first impression was the house was clean and easy to find. the neighborhood is friendly, everyone waves and says HI. Being at the end of the road, made it nice and quiet. once we did a little exploring of the area, we were able to see the house with some daylight and found that it was very clean and things were in order as expected. my contact with the property owner was seemless in the days leading up to check-in and check-out. I will absolutely be booking here again.
