This cute property will be your home away from home during your stay in the Forsyth/Branson area. My name is Tina; my husband Lonnie and I run Little Bell Bungalow. We are the home owners and are not property managers. We live close by and we do our very best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can look forward to the house being decorated seasonally, including at Christmas-time with a tree and lights on the house. It will definitely feel like home away from home.
We worked with the city of Forsyth to earn our business license by meeting all of their safety requirements including wired smoke detectors in all areas of the house, emergency lights (in case of power outage), and fire extinguisher.
Bull shoals lake and Shadow-Rock park are a block away at the bottom of the hill. The park has basketball courts, playground equipment, very easy lake access, and tennis courts with lights. The shopping of downtown Branson is only 15 minutes away. Sliver Dollar city amusement park is 25 minutes from the house and allows you to avoid Branson traffic. A local farmers market (open Saturdays) is just 2 minutes away. Several local fishing guides will guarantee a big bag of fish and there is plenty of government land nearby available during hunting season. Dad can hunt, while momma shops. Branson has great shopping and entertainment for every age including local shows, a water park, amusement park, plenty of mini golf, go carts, and Tanger outlet mall.
The house has a cute kitchen with all the cooking essentials, perfect for preparing meals during your stay. There are enough place settings for 12, and a brand new dishwasher for convenience. The dining area is small with a table seating for four (and a lake view).
The upstairs living room is a cozy place gather up with a couch and loveseat both with electric recliners, a 55' smart tv, and a small deck to watch the sunset. The upstairs bathroom is large with a front load washer and dryer and a regular sized shower/tub. The bathroom connects to both the master bedroom and the living area. There is a small bedroom off of the living room with a queen sized bed.
Immediately to the right upon entry (with a sturdy locking gate) are stairs leading to the finished basement. Downstairs consists of a bathroom, a large family room, and another bedroom. The family room is a great place for everyone to gather. You can play pool on the regular sized pool table, watch the 65' Roku TV, play any of the provided board games, or just hang out and watch the sunset over the lake from the big picture window. The family room has 2 sleeper sofas and it's own outside (locking) entrance/exit. The beams on the ceiling were hand-hewn in the 40s and the solid wood walls give it a rustic feel.
The downstairs bedroom has two queen beds and another locking entrance/exit. The slightly smaller bathroom is all concrete with a sink, toilet, and a roomy standing shower.
Every room in the house except the two bathrooms has a great lake view.
