Great Corolla location for everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to the beach for sunrise and Currituck Banks park is perfect for a sunset. Whalehead Club mansion was so interesting as well as the park around it and the Nature Center. Any trip to Corolla must include a Wild Horse Tour. Katy's place was comfortable and clean. Kitchen and bath towels were nice and dish and hand soap was provided. You'll need to bring shampoo and shower gel. So happy to be able to travel with our fur baby. Thanks, Katy!

This is our second time staying at this property for us it's location location location we love Corolla Village and the Lighthouse Park as well as the short walk to the beach Katys property offers the best of both worlds. The unit has everything you need, including beach gear ,grill, outdoor shower. Everything you need while staying at the beach. The added bonus we get to bring along our fur baby Oakley.

Our family loved our time here! This was our second stay here and we loved it as much this time as we did our first time. The entire process was smooth. The location is excellent! We could walk to everything we needed or wanted to do during our stay. Very convenient, cozy, and clean, with easy access to the lighthouse village.

Nice place in good location

The place was very clean and well equipped. The beach was a short walk away. There was a restaurant adjacent that had outstanding tacos and other restaurants and a mini mart were within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location for exploring the area!

Well-kept, clean, and comfortable space in a super convenient location! Management was responsive to the few questions we had and I’d definitely recommend staying at this location, especially if you’re new to the area!

Great Stay and Location

My family and I loved our time here! The location was perfect for our family getaway. We were within walking distance of the lighthouse and the surrounding village, trails, food (including ice cream) and the beach. It was clean and cozy. Everything was as advertised. We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Getaway

Outstanding location! Short walk to beach, historic Corolla, Whalehead, shops and restaurants. Duplex was new, comfortable, and quiet. Overall, a very nice stay.

Our family had a wonderful visit to Corolla & The Live Oak was just perfect for the 4 of us! Unit is walking distance to the beach and pool. Condo was very clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Katy was a great host and quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
