As soon as you step through the doors of this beautiful Basque-Landes villa, you instantly feel like you’re on holiday. Nothing was left to chance during this magnificent renovation.
Everything has been designed to ensure you have an unforgettable holiday: new bedding, a fully equipped kitchen, a state-of-the-art plancha grill, a heated pool, a pergola for dining in the shade, a TV room just for the kids…
And the beach is just 600 metres away!

Behind its green shutters, typical of Basque-Landes architecture, Villa Antine hides a completely redesigned interior where every room tells a storey: carefully curated vintage furniture, mustard-colored velvet, antique ceramics, and family portraits found at flea markets. Here, nothing is left to chance, and yet everything seems to flow naturally.

The house is organised around a large, bright, double-depth living room that opens onto two terraces: on one side, the heated pool, lined with wooden lounge chairs and retro umbrellas; on the other, a large pergola where a dining table for 12 awaits you for endless lunches in the shade, with a plancha grill within easy reach.

A home designed with families in mind: the children’s dormitory extends into a dedicated TV room, complete with games and a large built-in bench, so the little ones have their own quiet corner. Outside, the large, enclosed garden and its swing allow children to play safely, while the adults enjoy the pool or a quiet moment under the pergola.

On the ground floor:

- A bright, open-concept living room that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen with an island (oven, hob, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, and a bean-to-cup coffee machine)
- 2 large sofas
- Dining table
- A bedroom with a 180-bed, private bathroom, and TV
- Two bedrooms with 160 beds, one of which has a TV
- A separate bathroom with a bathtub
- A separate toilet with a sink
- A laundry area with a washing machine and dryer

Upstairs:

- A bedroom with a 160-bed and its own bathroom

- A children’s dormitory with 3 single beds (90), perfect for families

- A TV room with games and a large built-in bench, sure to delight the kids (and parents who can finally enjoy a little peace and quiet)

Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Linens and housekeeping included: sheets, bath towels, pool towels, and tea towels are provided; the beds are made upon your arrival.

Outdoors, you’ll enjoy:

- A heated pool (minimum 25°C) measuring 10x5m, perfect for a refreshing swim even in cooler weather
- 6 lounge chairs for relaxing by the water
- A large, shaded pergola with a dining table for 12 people, ideal for family meals out of the sun
- A state-of-the-art plancha grill set up nearby, perfect for casual barbecues
- A large, enclosed garden with a swing, perfect for children
- An outdoor shower

Important information:
- A security deposit of €2,000 will be required prior to arrival in the form of a secure bank pre-authorization via Stripe. The preauthorization is automatically released 2 days after your stay if no damage is found.
- Video surveillance cameras are installed outside, at the entrance and by the pool; they will be deactivated during your stay.

The villa is located just 600 metres from the beach, in a quiet residential area.

Come discover Labenne Océan, a charming seaside resort nestled in the heart of the Landes Forest.
Here, you’ll have the chance to get some exercise (if you feel like it, of course!)

The Vélodyssée bike path runs through Labenne Océan and takes you to Capbreton, Hossegor… or even Vieux Boucau for the most determined riders!
You can rent bikes on-site or by contacting us after you’ve made your reservation.

For running enthusiasts, with nearly 160 km of trails criss-crossing the area around Labenne, there’s plenty to enjoy!

And of course, surfing is part of the very essence of our beautiful region.
